From the second I walked in, the atmosphere felt small, secluded, and stuffy.
I had placed an online order, but when I gave them my name, they had no idea what my order was. After a long, 4-hour drive, I couldn’t remember exactly what I had ordered on the way home. As I was checking my phone to confirm, instead of being helpful, the staff started laughing and made comments like, “Oh my god, I thought I was fried.”

First visit, got the Everything Bagel Calzone, they said it fed two, but it was just me. I ate half of it , and went up for a box, the guy said "wow you ate half's, I said "yeah you said it was good for two". Anyway, it could use less to no salt, as it was it was too salty for me. It was a good calzone nonetheless. It actually would have fed four to six, as garlic knots were attached to the calzone.

Second visit , ordered 25" XL pie...

This was my first time trying Russo's pizza and it did not disappoint! I have gone back twice in 1 week! This place has the best pistachio chicken! Customer service is outstanding!,
