This place sucks. You call and they don’t speak they just pick up the phone and put it on the counter for 5 mins without saying a word to you. Then they get angry when you call back. If you don’t know how to interact with other people, don’t work a job that requires such a high level of communication

Had 17 people for brunch. The order was right on time. The staff was responsive to my needs. The trays were beautifully done and there was more than enough to eat. Extremely pleased!

Tried On three different occasions. The first occasion I ordered a plain bagel with butter, and got a plain bagel with cream cheese instead. The second occasion I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, and got everything bagel with blueberry cream cheese instead. On the third occasion I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I got the everything bagel, and the plain cream cheese, but there was so little cream cheese, it barely even covered one side of the bagel. Just very disappointing.

Bagels are ok for being outside the city. Everyone seems to be moving really fast but service was pretty slow. It feels like they are busier servicing online orders vs. customers in the store. I still choose them over others in the area.

Zimi’s isn’t crowded every week by accident. This is the best bagels in town. If you have better option , I’m sure at best its debatable for second place! Alex and Juan are tremendous!
