I’ve ordered the Southwest Turkey Hero over 80 times. The food is always great, and the sandwich itself is amazing. However, I’ve noticed several recurring issues with my orders.

There have been multiple instances where when I do a group order with my colleagues, sandwiches are missing and the order is wrong, even though it is on the receipt. Occasionally, my southwest turkey sandwich has tomatoes on it, despite my clear instructions to leave them off in the online order notes.

While the taste of the hero is fantastic and has mitigated my frustration, I wanted to bring this to your attention for future improvement. I also noticed your account has a history of being dismissive for reviews and I think that puts a bad look on your company

Zimi Bagels is great! I always ordered online and it was super easy and it was always ready. I brought them to a work function and the bagels were always requested from there on out!

I have been going since it was petes and only a pearl river location!! My dad would take me here before school for a buttered bagel & snapple. I was a frequent flyer on the weekends after nights out in pearl river! As a young teacher, they were my go to for large bagel orders for coworkers (being open and ready at 5:30 for me to head to BX). Pre marathon fuel over the years. Their online ordering was a blessing while home with an infant during the pandemic; process has only improved since then which has continued to be a blessing with a very busy active toddler. 30+ years of food and service! Unmatched!! :)

Since I started coming here last year, this has become my favorite place to get breakfast! Whether I’m ordering at the counter or using their handy online ordering option, the service is always excellent.

I absolutely love how fast it is to order online and pick up in store without having to wait on a long line! Bonus points for always being our go to delicious breakfast spot! Staff is very friendly & food and smoothies never disappoints :)

Our entire order was wrong except for one item. Had to go back in multiple times to correct it and it was still wrong. Food was cold and not even good. Never going back.
