People are rude and disrespectful. Taking up curbside pick up spots to change their oil or shorten their work. Well I really hope you never become unhealthy and NEED to use the spot as it was designed!

Bjs should be ashamed of this store. Dirty. Overcrowded. Too many out of stock items. Rude staff. Rude receipt checker. Long delays at checkout. If this was my first experience, I would cancel my membership immediately. I will never return to this store.

I really like it here. But when you shop here you'd need to shop with a friend or relative because you'll be shopping in. Bulk. The prices are very reasonable for fresh food in bulk. It's the first of the month so the this Mountain Vernon store is a little busy not bad for the first of the month. The people at the cold cut counter were very nice and helpful. I like it here I'll get a card and come visit and shop on my own. Not with a neighbor.

I bought a pack of Perdue chicken tender loins for $23. Upon opening the package for proper storage, I noticed the meat was slimy and smelt of spoilage. I reached out to customer service but was advised I'd have to return to the store in order for any assistance to be provided. I guess I won't be renewing my membership in the coming year.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Go to #Costco or #Sam'sClub I recently moved from Queens, NY, to Westchester County, NY. After making two online pick-up orders and two in-store purchases at the Phelem location, my visit has been the worst experience I have ever had at a BJ's location. I should have known I was in a different type of store than I am used to when I saw armed security patrolling the store. In addition, you can not make an online order pick-up because the spots reserved for order pick-ups are filled with cars of customers who are shopping in the store. Both times my order needed to be corrected, and I found myself driving back to retrieve a missing item. If you have kids, avoid this place at all costs because the customers and the employees are fouled mouth and disrespectful. Finally, I purchased a 65-inch tv a week ago and discovered today that the TV price had decreased. Logically, I went to customer service and asked for a price adjustment. The customer service rep needed to find out if the price adjustment was possible and called the manager. The manager told me my only options were to return the TV to the store so they could return it and for me to purchase the same/new tv at the discounted price. Who in corporate decided on this policy? I'm done and will not be renewing my membership.

BJs this check cashing system is not working out. The self checking is ABSOLUTELY NOT an effective way to get in and out. Especially on busy days. Please work on bringing back the cashiers or having an employee stationed at every check out station to make this place more efficient.

Do not visit this BJs on a Saturday! Waited in line for over an hour to check out!! They had only a fraction of check outs open to then have to wait in line to exit the store for things to be security checked.DO NOT GO ON A SATURDAY!! Ridiculous!!!

Bjs is the worst business I ever encounter. I ordered a five peace table set from them off of thier website in May. When I received my table it was damaged, I called bjs and informed them that the table was damaged and I wanted a refund. Bjs sent UPS to come and pick up my package on June 1st. It is now July 10, 2022 and I have not received my refund back. I have called numerous of times and all the representatives just give me the run around. DONT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM BJS EVER THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE MONEY BACK.....

This place used to be great especially at the height of covid 19. It was clean and well stocked. It must be under new management because they are a complete 180 now. The place is filthy, disorganized and several things are missing. No more cashiers either....I'll be shopping elsewhere.
