Everytime I order from this location they get my order wrong ! How do you forget chicken in a chicken bowl ?! Then I pay extra for Guac and they didn’t put any, huh???? Then don’t get me started on the portion… like common yall . How hard is it to follow the ticket like everytime though?

Although this is a better chipotle taste wise & portion is ok if you walk in & order… it’s extremely dirty in there looks like someone took a bowl, opened it and spun around a bunch of times… no straws, no ice, no forks .. had to keep asking staff to give me things I should be able to get on my own and of course they seemed like I was annoying them… then no toilet paper in either bathroom, waited about 10 minutes for toilet paper and it never came so I just left with my small child who needed to use the bathroom and hoped she would be able to hold it.

5 pm and they are out of lettuce cheese and sour cream. They close at 11pm! This is the third time this has happened. And they are rude about it!

I’ve been to this Chipotle location several times, and unfortunately, it consistently falls short of expectations. They are almost always out of certain food items, no matter what time of day I visit. The service is very slow, and the team seems to wait until an items runs out completely before starting to prepare more, which creates unnecessary delays. It’s frustrating for customers and makes the experience feel disorganized. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the efficiency of this location.

I can’t name a time I came in here and it was clean. Sometimes I just turn around and go elsewhere. Honestly just close this location down the people that work here do not care like ever

I went 2 hours before closing, and they were out of steak, brisket, fajitas veggies, and cheese. Then, with the little bit of stuff they did have left for me to put in the bowls I was ordering, I had to keep asking for more meat with the bowl half full of rice. If it was just for me, I would have left. The store had a lot of people there for pick-ups with almost nothing left but chicken that was still cooking. If you know you only have chicken and pork, why would the containers not be full or half full, so staff could continue and not tell people they have to wait 🤔. What I did get was good, but it could have been better if all the ingredients that I wanted were in stock at the time of my visit. Poor management

Under staff. I order online and my food was 30 min late, even though the app said it was ready for pickup. The order was not done properly. My burrito bowls were missing ingredients and the guac and chips had no flavor. The place was so crowded with customers waiting on line for online orders. I don’t recommend ordering from this location. The location in Cross County is way better.

I got a deluvery for 2 bowls. They both had extra rice and extra of all sides. One of them (the one with the guac) also had extra chicken. I am attaching pictures because this is ridiculous. Both of the bowls were half empty even though I specifically had added extra of everything. I also got the chips. The bag was only 1/4 full with only maybe 20 chips in it. I paid $67.06, and the amount of food I got was not enough for the price I paid. This is ridiculous.

Food was good. The restaurant looked a mess. Under normal circumstances, I would not have eaten here. However, my friend I was dining with assured me the food was fine.

Management needs to prioritize the dining area being clean at all times. The tables needed to be wiped down and the floor was in desperate need of sweeping.

They were out of everything with a line out the door. Business doing so well they can turn it away. Unacceptable. Rice?! Rice? How hard is it to keep the rice ready and available.... Anyway. So yeah. 2 stars!

I was gonna give a better review but it has been multiple times that you guys give me small portions.
Paid 17$ for the meal only and get a half bowl portion is crazy.
