There’s a young Hispanic girl that serves the food in the front she acts like it’s her kitchen she gives so little rice and chicken and also barely gave me any lettuce when I asked. I understand chipotle been loosing customers due to skimping the food portions but this is outrageous this was basically half a bowl. I will never go to this chipotle after this experience.
I order chicken and half of pork and they gave me extra pork and charged me for something I didn’t ask for and on top for that they had not chips and not lettuce and it’s only 8:30pm

Chipotle changed their hours but when you come after 8 pm they never have food so just close earlier. I went yesterday 815pm they ran out of
Brown rice, veggies, corn, lettuce, mild salsa, guacamole. Running low on steak, chicken. Oh yeah no more chips AND RAN OUT OF ICEE!!!! That’s a joke. Then I got a soda and the soda was was seltzer due to no flavoring. I went back in around 825-830 they were cleaning the store? Don’t you close at 11?????? So I guess they stop prepping so they can run out of food so all the customers can turn away and they leave on time. Yup sounds right. But doing that around 830 is crazy. Just change your closing time back to 10. You lost so many customers yesterday due to this lack of food

The food was good and arrived quickly, with the bowl neatly packaged. I ordered the combo with chicken and steak and a variety of veggies, but no rice. While it was a decent meal, I think I'll just get double chicken next time.

They said they closed at 11, and the door was closed before 10. What is this???
My burrito was soggy, underfilled and unrolled when I opened it. Really disappointing. Will not be returning to this location

I have no issue with the Chipotle company. The food is good. But there is an issue with the customer service of some of the employees. I ordered online, and when I got there, the food wasn't on the rack. Tried to catch an employee's eye to ask. They looked away. So I waited in line. Maybe they knew I was waiting for an online order. Cashier just skipped over me. I don't know what chip they have on their shoulder. Maybe they just don't get paid enough? I had to raise my voice to get my order. It is unfortunate that being polite didn't work with them. Now I know how to talk to those specific employees here (if I ever come here again) to get results. If you are polite to them, they will ignore you. The only way to get service at this specific place is to be intimidating and rude.

Absolutely disgusting service and attitude by the manager, Ruby. I was fine with being patient and waiting to be helped by a server. Then that server got interrupted by someone else, who wanted to take charge. I ignored it but let them know I was already being helped. Then I was completely rushed with what I would like in my bowl… then ended off with the most insane statements from the manager Ruby. I get the same bowl every time I go there. I don’t expect them to know my meal, but that’s why I’m very specific with how I want it prepared. However, Ruby believes she can insult customers anytime she wants. This is the first time I interacted with her, and it will be the last. I understand the hardships of this line of work, but the customer is always right. I understand that they may be short staffed, but it’s up to the customer to deal with the tardiness. And they should be greeted with respect every time. It looks like they are losing workers and it’s probably due to her management. Definitely needs to be looked into.

After a day of hard work I went to this place to eat a salad which I ordered online and to my surprise I found an insect inside my salad just imagine how bad it must be for your body to ingest an insect like this many times we want to eat healthy but places like this are not helpful as they have very bad hygiene at the time of finding the insect I went to the staff and told them in complete discretion and in a low voice as there were more customers and I did not want to give a bad impression but these people just took my order and threw it away and made me wait 40 minutes for a replacement that they never gave me if they cared about the mistake they made a horrible service a total disaster I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff was amazing, friendly, courteous and so pleasant. Visited here ladt Saturday, June 28, around 630pm. Ordered the honey chicken bowl and a double-wrapped burrito. Their kindness and professionalism made the food tasted so good!
