Dave & Buster's Pelham Manor

Had to wait 20-30 minutes extra for a table and the waitress was short staffed so really didn't get best experience had to wait and ask for stuff constantly

Spent the afternoon here for my sons birthday with a few friends. Everything was great and the guys had a great time.

My son enjoyed his birthday lunch get together. The staff was nice and they sing happy birthday to my son. Thanks Dave and Busters for making my autistic son happy

When we arrived it was kinda empty. I told a worker there I had a reservation and she tells me go sit anywhere. We sit down waiter comes to give us menu. She takes almost a whole hour to come back to take our order. Another hour wait for our food. Food comes everything was cold. The crispy chicken was so dry and hard, I couldn't even chew into it. Literally everyone's food was cold. Waiter made mistakes with order. Missing a game card. Missing plates of food, no forks, no napkins. Mind you the restaurant isn't even packed. There were so many empty tables. Waiter disappears and never comes back to even check on us. This was the worse experience I ever had at this Dave and Busters. I've been going here for years and this has never happened. So disappointed. I would NEVER eat here again. I'll take the kids to play only NEVER to eat again.

More sitting areas needed. I left early because my back was aching and there is no where to sit once your done with your table.

Overcharged and I didn't even have a party table. Did have 20 guest I only had 8 guest. They charged for 20 or more people it wasn't fair.

We were more waiting for the waiter than eating, every time we asked for something it took too long, the waiters showed up every 30 minutes ( the restaurant it wasn't full).

Was a amazing birthday experience for my daughter turning 17 and my server was amazing women. She made everything smooth and easy

Took about 30 minutes to be seen by a waiter then when it was time to check out same waiter just left us for another 30 minutes had to see the manager and complain definitely was not getting tip's

ABSOLUTELY BEST TIME OF MY LIFE AT A D&B. I used to be an avid fan, but after a few TERRIBLE experiences, I gave up. Advance to tonight and being dragged there for a friends wish i went along begrudgingly. TODAY WAS A WIN HERE! Our server (Brianna) was beyond wonderful. From her drink suggestions to food ideas, we were amazed! Her service wasn't just professional. She made us feel like family!!! The food was outstanding, and the drinks were phenomenal a bit again. The highlight was Brianna. We talked about food video games and her favorite things to eat at D&B. I'm now a returning fan thank to this amazing place and bigger thanks to Brianna!!! And to think we were thinking about NOT sitting in the dining room 🙄 we would have lost out big time. LOL, GIVE THAT WONDERFUL HUMAN A RAISE !!!

The fact that people like her are so good at their profession speaks volumes for the management of this location, supporting and making their team feel valued. GREAT JOB !!!
