This last time they give a table for 7 person, but my girls run to play a soon we arrived there, and one lady come to take our order and I said, we order firs for the adult and sha teld me we can't take order if is not for everyone and we can't keep this table, I explained this another guys he move her eyes and said sits wherever you want.

I used to work as a server at this same location, so I understand the hustle. But one thing I never did was add items to a check without giving my guests the option. My server, Kareem C, added a shot to my drink and fries to my wings without asking. It might not seem like much, but guests should always have the choice. Just a heads-up: check your receipt before paying.

This was my first time in this location, the place is good nice place to have fun with kids or even older kids. The server was good but she made a mistake she place the wrong order forx baby 🐥
I order chicken strips , instead she got me a chicken burger 🍔. They did correct it, but it took very long for them to bring the correct order.

Great, friendly service at the front desk and at the bar. Good atmosphere, not too loud, considering the fact that the arcade area is relatively close to the seating.

We didn't eat here but came for the games. My kids are usually disappointed because several of the games are usually broken or out of commission. We started going to a different gaming place. We spend the same amount of money but the games ALL work.

My boyfriend and I played hooky from work yesterday and we came here to play billiards. It was early afternoon so it wasn't crowded. Wings and chicken potstickers were good and we played 4 games. What made me unhappy was my boyfriend won every dang game😭 but we had a good time!

Games are fun and only sightly ridged (as expected). Putting points on your play card gets a little pricey but provides a nice 40-60 minutes of game play. Prizes are lackluster and the good ones are completely unattainable unless you make multiple trips.

Me and my boyfriend’s family came in here yesterday August 4th to have a good time before I had to go back home upstate, but the experience was anything but good. The first problem was there was a game that just didn’t work and would take plays from the card, disappointing as I wanted to play against my boyfriend but ok. Then, all of a sudden after a game it was as tho all our plays had been taken from our card, even though I am absolutely sure we had about 40 left. Very strange, but we had to leave anyway so we walked up to the counter to add the 100 point star wars cards to our play card and they scanned our card to show our points and it claimed we had only 240. How does this happen when we had 2 of the 100 point cards, and spent about 200 plays, in one single play I had one over 400 points so this was not right. We told the kids working there and they didn’t care at all. We left with a sour taste in our mouths and felt scammed.
