Dave & Buster's Pelham Manor

Keeping that in mind that you don't go to Dave and Buster's for fine dining, the food was good. The service was excellent and friendly. And the place is clean and modern feeling. The kids had a blast and overall the value was pretty decent.

The waitress was pressuring our group to order right away and constantly reminding us of our time limit. She told the kids they couldn't leave the table until they ordered and ate their meals because we had to give up the table quickly! What kind of nonsense is this? We got up and walked away!

Service was phenomenal Manager Kiara was soooo sweet she made sure my family was well taken care of and when an order came out slightly wrong she rectified it immediately! Great service great team

Stopped here for dinner while picking up my daughter for the holidays - such a good idea. Usually when I go to a D&B I'm disappointed with the whole experience. I cannot say the same for this location. The area is huge and clean. The staff are friendly and are server/ bartender was attentive and friendly.
The food was really good. . . My other daughter and I shared the burger which was large enough to feed two people. And the games were really fun with none of them being broken or out of order!
We were easily able to collect enough tickets to get lots of prizes (of note, we had a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old in tow so we don't usually get a lot of prize winning scores). If this wasn't so far from where I live I would be taking my family there again over the holidays while we have visitors. Can't say enough about how great this place was.

Games are great. Service and bar is painfully slow. They must be woefully understaffed because every time it’s the same issue. The food is actually very good, but the service makes it’s impossible to want to eat here again.

The place is clean and lots of games to play. Some games did not work and just ate our tokens but was still a fun time. As for the service the staff was so inattentive for a non busy day and the bar staff try’s to get one over on you. 2 different bartenders charged me $12 for a corona and when I sat at a table and order one I was charged 7.50. They try to pocket the extra cash and then are just rude about it!

Service very poor also when I get a draft beer after like 45 minutes waiting the beer is dirty, machines never been cleaned also waiting like another 30 minutes to take my food order and food is very salty , The store needs a good management for restaurant and bar staff and also more employees
