Drinks are watered down, so no surprise there.Kid-friendliness: The place is 90/10 kid friendly. If you're playing pool and you step away, there's a good chance you'll find them taking over your game.

There were not enough servers. They were clearly doing the best they could, but it took 30 minutes to get a menu...and that only happened because I went up to one of them and asked for menus. They were just very busy. Having a light at each table to let servers know when customers are ready to order or pay would be helpful. Also we bought the spring passes...we weren't told that the kids couldn't get any points with them, so we had to deal with some tantrums ....that should be listed in bold somewhere.

I've been waiting at a booth for almost 20 minutes and no one has come to take my order or check in to let me know they are my server. The food area is empty.

I enjoy coming to Dave & Busters. Haven't been to this one in a while. They have new games and a lot of upgraded tech. When I went, it was a Tuesday night. It wasn't pack, it was clean, which we enjoyed because we didn't have to wait to play anything we wanted. The workers we did interact with were really nice, respectful, professional, and kind mannered. I'm only for that day and time I went. Didn't eat, so I can't comment on that part. They have a parking lot and due to the time we went it was easy to find parking like it was late and a Tuesday.

I came in to eat solo and was told they can only sit me at the bar I wanted to order a meal and be seated at table and couldn't be accommodate and to think I came from out town smh wasted my time

There are better arcades, but it was alright. Definitely dont recommend eating anything here though, you'll be charged for slow, unreliable service and Chuck-e-cheese quality food.

Our visit this time was not so good so we had a reservation when we got there they didn't have our table ready . Then our waiter had no clue about the menu, and the service was awful. We waited very long to take our order, and then I had a question about my meal the waiter disappeared for another 15 minutes then we got the appetizers we didn't even had silverware on our table no drinks NOTHING then we got the drinks one was missing he said Ill be back after 20 minutes I had to get up and go ask for that drink. then I got my meal about 20 minutes before everyone else, and then some of the food was wrong because the waiter did know how to explain some menu items he was not very helpful at all.Then the manager came he was polite and understood what was going on he gave us a discount and he did his best to help us but our dinner was not as expected for a Birthday dinner .

Don't use the phone charger it's a scam I used it didn't charge my phone had the charger only 3 minutes they said put it back and you won't be charged guess what charged me 3 dollars and I was told nothing they can do it's an outside contractor then my daughter got a drink it was 9 dollars she went back to get another drink which was the same drink it was 13 dollars never again

So I rented a pool table with my family and after about 25 minutes they did not clean up after the last party..I went to a manager and they sent a bus boy to clean the table..The bus boy took the last parties plates and cups but left the table greasy and crumbs all over..Never wiped the table down..Flagged down another employee who said I’ll get someone to clean it…That same employee came back and started to clean the table and said I don’t know where your server is! lol..Now we’re closing in on about an hour and I spoke to the manager again and voiced my displeasure..He apologized and told me if I stayed for another hour at the pool table don’t worry about the first hour and he would send a server right away..I declined because I’m sure my food would take forever to come out..Plus I see the other pool table next to me have someone serving them just fine..One random girl who works there was popping her head in occasionally to check the area as if she was seeing if tables were being attended to? Or maybe just lookin for an employee..She kept looking at us but not once said are You being helped..I saw all I needed to not want to eat here or get any drinks.
