Horrible experience! Have been coming here for 20 years and tonight has been the worst experience ever. We always enjoy the food but tonight we had a reservation for 830 and the chef didnt come until 930. He then rushed through and burnt the veggies. My husband had eggshells in his rice. We left very disappointed. We never seen this chef before he was a big guy maybe he is new but I hope he gets it together. I had to give 3 stars because they are usually pretty good except you always have to wait even with reservations.

I was invited to celebrate my friends birthday and Iām in disbelief on how unprofessional this place is. We all arrived 30mins earlier than the reservation and didnāt get seated until a whole hour after. Several of us went up to the host stand to ask what was going on and what was the hold up. Went to check out the bar area to see the drink list and saw them using dirty water in their 3 sink set up for the shakers, absolutely disgusting and it gets worse. Iām vegetarian which I clearly stated and the āchefā started all the veggie portions with chicken on the grill. Which isnāt a big deal until he kept using the SAME spatula to flip RAW chicken and then flip my veggies. Iām eating my food and guess what, I bit into a piece of chicken! The rice was absolutely disgusting, noodles tasted stale and reheated. They took a photo of us with some dirty yoshi plate that was passed around uncleaned all night. The whole experience was awful and clearly this place needs new management and a health inspection asap. One of the people in our party ended up feeling sick afterwards. I highly do not recommend and only giving it two stars because our server was very sweet and trying their best.

Made a 6:30 reservation waited till 7:10 before I left. Very disappointed, I understand waiting 10-20mins on a busy night, but 40+ and not seated. Never going back again. Given how busy I am assuming they will not miss my business.
Drunk in love is my favorite drink option. Itās better to have reservations and be on time!

Iāve been dining at Edo Restaurant for more than 10 years but tonight was extremely disappointing. The food was always consistent which always brought us back however after tonight, I highly doubt I will be returning and definitely wonāt recommend to anyone.
Letās start with the authenticity of the chefs during the Hibachi experience; tonight there werenāt any chefs/employees of Asian decent and it definitely felt off putting. Is the place under new management or something?
Our rice was extremely mushy, the chef was speaking in Spanish the entire time, and would not accommodate my simple requests for my order. This is unacceptable.
After reading some of the other recent reviews, maybe it was an off night for them - which happens in most establishments. Iām just not used to this from Edo Restaurant.

My chef James was absolutely fantastic , food was wonderful and tasty, my server was absolutely garbage !! A sweet white girl with glasses had to help my table all night and was very friendly because our real server disappeared and didnāt even speak English !!!!! The tall Asian manager was not very competent and didnāt understand a single question I asked ,, he kept lying about our table being ready for 1 full hour , possibly even longer !!! I will never be going to this awful establishment again mainly because abuse of him !!! Drinks were ok and my food was amazing thanks to James but the restaurant was extremely disorganized and wasnāt even that crowded, the manager needs to get a hold on things because this place will NOT be open much longer ,,, YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER !!

I hadn't been to Edo since before the pandemic and went for a family member's birthday celebration last night. It hasn't changed, thank goodness, as many places have post-pandemic. The portions are still as large as they always were, and the food is as great as it ever was. If you haven't been in a while, you should consider a visit, especially if you have a number of people with you!

A wonderful family restaurant experience. Great for its stylish cooking right in front of you is what they do.
Parking: This is a very popular place, and making reservations is best done to make sure you don't have to wait for a table.
Kid-friendliness: All the staff work hard to please everyone. Great atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground floor and is easy for wheelchairs.
