The cashier was awesome. Pelham always smells fresh, but for today, the entrance carpet was very stink, which affected the inside. I told the manager of the issue and smell, and you could see that she takes offense. She came to see what the issue was. It took several other clients to be making faces for her to try and address the wet rug nasty smell in a food facility. Eventually, she slowly went and spray the area.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
I ordered from the pick two menu the salad that I ordered was Southwest chicken salad with broccoli chedder soup, the completed missed up my order my salad had no chicken, no avocado, no cilantro, no tortilla strips no Chipotle Aioli dressing they added parmesan chesse, corn, tomatoes and croutons. Such a rip-off, not planning on going there again. This place used to be good.

This is my first time eating at this place. People go crazy for Panera but I was not impressed. The place was dirty, the food was disgusting and it was a very confusing environment. You order your food the lady told me to sit down so I am waiting for them to either bring my food or I do pick up but when they called my name I go to pick up my food only to see people breathing over my food. Disgusting. Once is enough.

Associates very nice, friendly, helpful. Front counter, those who prep the food, everyone so nice!! Love this cafe, our favorite!! Food is prepared quickly, fresh & delicious! Tables are cleaned as soon as a guest leaves. Hard working staff ?? Bathrooms are attended to which is a delight, thank you to entire staff !!

1st time at Panera, went for breakfast. Food was ok, it just lacks flavor, very bland. Service was nice all the staff is attentive to what you need and friendly. The ambiance was peaceful, nice mellow music to relax and enjoy your meal. My overall rate would be a 2.5, because the egg sandwich was just just too bland with no flavor.
The feed was great, but it's a little confusing getting your food. Also some of the tables were dirty. I see there are whipes provided for you to clean your table. But who wants to walk into a place to eat and be welcomed with a dirty table.

This Panera Bread is located in Pelham Manor. I was there Thursday afternoon about 3. The team leader is fantastic. Wonderful attitude and his staff seemed to like working with him. I unfortunately ran into a problem that my order was delivered, but I never received it.The manager of the Pelham, NY location, Paola, went above and beyond to right this wrong by providing exceptional customer service; calling me back when the new driver received the order (as I ordered again), issuing a full refund of the first order, adding additional items to my second order and made it very personable as I was going through an excruciating migraine. She really made my day and engulfs her managerial position. Thanks again, Paola! :)
