Tired of the run around!! I have a reoccurring “coffee date” with my father who chose this location. I’d happily spend any amount of money on Dad but he wants what is advertised at the advertised price.

We came here and got donuts after going to Darien Lake. The donuts were delicious and the blueberry muffin was also good.
The afternoon crew is absolutely awful and really inconsistent. Apparently don't know how to use the register several times got over charged using the scan to pay in the app and won't do a refund once confirmed with the bank I was overcharged. They have trouble with mixing up orders in the afternoon then get super confused when you tell them what you actually ordered but charge the right amount the register says but give you something completely different

I ordered 2 Caramel Cold Brews with cold foam on top. Specifically asked for 3 cream and 3 sugar in both drinks. Drinks were very light in color, assuming they added what I requested. Took one sip and tasted VERY bitter. Tasted like there was no sugar or creamer AT ALL. Very disappointed. Whoever made the drinks should be terminated!! especially considering at the window, I listened to the lady explaining how much sugar and creamer to put in the drinks.
