Gave me the wrong kind of sandwich, it wasn't toasted, and got a $5 cup of loaded hashbrowns with barely anything in it. Then, they haven't had a phone for you to call to make a complaint the entire time they've been open

I went to dunkin in morning and put my rewards up for them to scan to get my free coffee and it used my free reward but didn’t take my money off for it to be free. cashier said she’ll talk to manager and manager said there’s nothing she can do sense o used wrong reward when i didn’t. so it took my point but didn’t give me the free reward. They said i have to call the dunkin themselves to figure it out myself. then gave me the wrong coffee i even asked for and never warmed my food up. The staff are rude and don’t know what they are doing.

Ain’t no glaze on my damn doughnuts. I genuinely could not think of a group of less literate group of people. Not quite sure what the hiring process could be, but I am fairly certain that given 6 elementary students and two hours of training I could run a more efficient store. Dude has a sick ponytail tho!

25 MINUTES TO GET A CUP OF COFFEE?! All they care about is the drive-up window, customers inside the store are forgotten. Had to ask THREE TIMES where my coffee was, no one could remember the order. Three customers that came in behind me got their order before I did. What few donuts were left at 11:30 were stale or improperly made. Dunkin should revoke this guy's franchise!

We stopped in on Mother’s Day so it was busy, but we had great service regardless! Most of the donuts were sold out including what we ordered, but the staff were very friendly and substituted great alternatives! When deciding how to rate service , the first thing I take into consideration is how people treat me and their attitudes. Food can be replaced or substituted, but genuinely friendly service cannot be faked! Thank you so much for making a great morning for us. We will be back!!!
