The coffee was ok. The young girl working the drive through didn't realize we was sitting inside. She was complaining to co workers how she hates old people when they come through. I probably won't stop at this location again.

I stop every day for coffee. But the last two mornings. Iv had to listen to the manager treat the window person terrible. She wasn't doing a thing wrong. I feel that owner needs to talk with him.
Traveling so never been to this location before. Used the drive thru, did not realize how long the line actually was & moved super slow. When we finally made it to the area to order we were asked to wait...4 of the 5 vehicles in front of us had gotten their orders & left before our order was taken...3 frozen beverages...another long wait at the window. While at the window, sales person was eating a wrap & talking with another worker & using fly swatter to kill bug while waiting for our drinks to be made. Not planning on returning if we are in that area again.

They need to just get whole new set of crew members or shut down. every day for a month I kept tabs ordered the same one coffee at the same time of day… nothing fancy. Large hot french vanilla coffee 1cream 1sugar. Done. Nope everyday I get either I get just black, or no cream, or no sugar, or have ice coffee, or half filled everyday I have to come home and add my own.. now I’m just gonna do this. I’m gonna take a picture and write a review everyday. Maybe then the crew members will take more pride in themselves and company they work for and save the embarrassment.

Avoid this place!!! They were rude after they lost my mobile order and accused me of lying. Rude and hostile towards my husband when he showed them my mobile receipt. Older woman was aggressive towards younger employees which is probably why they can’t do their jobs correctly. We were patient because “labor shortages” but the lack of leadership there is clear and I feel as if my money and time was wasted. Coffee and Hot Chocolate were not labeled at all and the workers hands must’ve been dirty based off the stains and 3D sticky dried chocolate on the cup. Coffee was still INCORRECTLY MADE after everything. Refused to give us alternate milk said all they had was whole milk but I called anonymously and they said they did have skim milk. So again they were rude and I paid for stuff I didn’t order since they refused to make it the way I ordered. Never had such a bad experience at a dunkin and we travel from Upstate to Downstate daily.
