No air conditioning or circulation in the tasting room, no open windows, no fans in the tasting areas. Don't come when it's warm!
Good pours. Good selections to try ciders and mead or mead blends . But needs some crackers or other to cleanse palate between tastings. There is no food and staff just pour based on your selection. Not much information. Seems like they are summer staff.
Lots of fun and unique meads, fruit wines, blends, and ciders to try, something for everyone! Especially love the sparkling mead. Flexible tasting options at a great value!
Drove an hour to see this meadery, and arrived to a "we're closed" because they only had 2 people and a large reservation in the other part of the building. It's wine season! Hire and Appropriately staff your location! Disappointed to say the least.
Did a tasting of cider and mead. It was a gorgeous location, and they had ape truly unique flavors. The ciders utilizing strong spices like cinnamon and ginger were surprisingly muted while still letting the flavors come through.
They are also gnome themed! This especially appealed to me.
We've been coming back once a year for over two decades to bring this wonderful mead back to family and friends, taking home a case to share. It's still what I offer to anyone who doesn't know a good mead--but we do miss some of the bygone flavors (the Strawberry Shadows, Creamy Apricot, and a concord grape and delectable pear blend whose names I don't remember), enough to have to compromise on just what was going in the case. The ciders are a fine addition (the lemon and ginger are praiseworthy!), and so are the Torrey Ridge wines (try the Baco Noir), but the Finger Lakes region is already wine-rich; a good meadery is a diamond in the rough. Doubtless we'll be back next year--keep up the good work!
Beautiful store.Great service! We had a wonderful and fun tasting. Thank you Kristen!Delicious selections! Left with two bottles of mead and cider.
Interesting they call themselves a meadery, but they only make 4 meads, 3 of which were unavailable. So, that was annoying. My friend and I got a glass of wine and sat outside for a little. They had plenty of outdoor seating available. The cranberry was very good!
We come here for the Worthog Cidery division. Love it! Made a quick trip up the area this time just to stock up!
Some of the most delicious mead I've ever had (and I love trying and making different meads), nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful bartenders. I had a really nice time here and it would be a definite one to go back to if I ever visit the Finger Lakes again. If you've never tried mead before, what are you waiting for?

Great selection and friendly staff.
A meadery, cidery, and fruit winery sounds pretty complicated, and it is difficult to sift through the variety of flavors available between the three. That said, what we tasted was nice. The ciders had a pronounced apple flavor. We picked up the basic apple one without any significant added flavors. We also picked up a bottle of the raspberry wine / honey mead.Service was friendly, and the setting nice. Being early in the season, there were no crowds.
The mead is delicious and a fun variation from all the wine in the area. Like finding an onion ring in your fries. Never had anything like the sparkling mead called Twinkle and strongly recommend.
Just getting into mead and it is very hard to find but my friend introduced me to Earle Estates. Luckily this summer I was able to go there and do some tasting. The mead is very enjoyable and easy to drink. The young man that helped us was very descriptive with the drinks and the overall experience was great. The cider was also fantastic.
Friendly and a good place to find some variety from your normal wines like some honey mead
