they seemed very unfriendly and honestly quite rude. we had went to many other wineries that day and are very displeased with the customer service. hopefully they find staff a little more passionate about their job.
Discovered this little gem on a summer road trip traveling from Florida. Enjoyed an outdoor lunch and a few glasses of traminette, and was hooked. Fox Run is the only place I order wine. I take full advantage of free shipping twice a year. They never disappoint.
Rude staff
Excellent wine and food, as usual, always a treat.
Great winery! We’ve been here a few times, but just visited for the first time in a while. Darleen was awesome! Very knowledgeable, and helpful and responsive to our taste. Highly recommend, and we will be back!
Stopped in briefly while traveling from SYR>ROC. Winery was beautiful and met my dry red standards. The pumpkin soup was excellent. Deck ambiance and view was also spectacular
We have loved Foxtrot red for many years, until recently. The capping process from a cork to a screw top is changing the flavor. We will have to find a new wine unfortunately and hope they go back to the old process. Please let us know if we can special order corked bottles.
Thank you

We loved Carol! She was so warm and hospitable! The wine was great!
The wine is good and views are beautiful but what sets this apart from other wineries in the area is their awesome food options. We loved the bison tacos, onion dip, and corn Caesar salad!
First time, but not our last! Nice venue with wide open spaces! Yes please

Stopped by with some friends & family from out of town on a Wednesday later in the afternoon for some food and to try some bottles of wine. Over the years we have brought friends to the winery, bought multiple bottles of their wine, and enjoyed the atmosphere of the establishment. On this day we arrived at the winery around 4:30pm, bought two bottles of wine and some food. We had spent around $80 at this winery on these items. Our intention was to purchase one more bottle of wine while we were sitting at an outdoor table plus a few more bottles of wine for the cottage down the road for later in the week At 5:20pm the self proclaimed "owner" Scott approached our table to imply that he would charge us $5 per person to continue to sit there as there was entertainment starting at 6pm or he "joked" that it was that or that he would kick us out. Scott was non-apologetic to disturbing our family outing at all. Several open tables existed when he came to our table. We were not there to see the entertainment, we had already spent more at the establishment than our "cover charge" and we were intending to spend more money, however this interaction was a complete turn off and we promptly left We will not return and be sure to share this unfortunate experience with our friends and associates. The penny wise and pound foolish owner is the sole reason that we were made to feel unwelcome and we have no desire to ever support this establishment again in any fashion.
Great wine. Awesome backyard area with tables, umbrellas, grassy areas etc. also very very friendly.
Great Wines, very good food. But the best part are people who care. They went out of there way to make space for us with our dog when it was raining outside.
