So I got served nuggets right. They where cold. So I called and asked them the proper serving temperature of chicken was. They said 180-190 no it’s 165. How are u a manager if you don’t know this important information
20 minutes to get through drive through, food cold, fries over-salted, no napkins, 5 waiting cars...all after me..and got their food before me..and I didn't even order anything with special requests. So much for "fast" food. Going to stop going there. Too much aggravation when trying to get a meal on the run.
Up charged for a large fry. Wasn’t even the amount of fries that should be in a medium.
Be it severely slow service, missing items, or not getting what you paid for. Almost every trip to Penn Yan McDonald’s is a nightmare.
Unfortunately there aren’t many fast food options in Penn Yan that the kids will eat. So I suck it up for them. Wouldn’t recommend!
