Firstly, the managerial staff is incredibly rude, and I plan to do an actual survey. While waiting for my order, I watched the manager on shift screaming at a kid in an incredibly rude, aggressive and frankly unacceptable manner just for forgetting the whipped creme on my shake. The yelling clearly demoralized him to the point I felt it necessary to apologize to him as a customer. Then, that same manager on shift was on the fry station. Somehow she felt it was acceptable to give use 3 large fries all HALF EMPTY and COLD. The same one who felt it unacceptable and yelled at a kid for forgetting Whipped Creme on a milkshake somehow felt it was okay to give us the three large fries half empty and cold. Not to mention a burger without any of the extras we PAID for, and arguably, worst of all, my nephew's Happy Meal was literally an empty box of sadness. No nuggets, no fruit, no fries. No meal, NO happiness. Not to mention, look at this!!! Door handles falling off and rusted and sharp on the edges, what kind of safety hazard is this being left entirely alone?!

They didn’t put the lid on all the way the manager said it wasn’t their fault. They can’t cook food properly and don’t seem to care that the drinks went all over. Now I have to tear my entire vehicle apart to get it out.

This is the slowest, most inaccurate McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered on the mobile app twenty minutes before I got there, and was still pushed from the drive-thru to the parking lot to wait another fifteen minutes for two sandwiches and two drinks. My order came out wrong. This has happened three times in the last four visits.

Have gone here for the past 6 months and I get my girlfriend Hazelnut coffee frequently. We waited about a month or so to get one then stopped back and when I asked the employee as well as spoke with a manager; I was explained they have not served hazelnut coffee in over a year...I called corporate to complain just to get a call back from the same manager telling me the same thing... sketchy at best guys. You have lost our business at this location!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese "deluxe" and a large fry, and when I got my order I figured the food would be fine. When I got home, I opened it up and the food was atrocious. The fries were cold, hard, and not salty. They tasted like they were leftovers. As for the sandwich, the burger patty immediately broke apart and crumbled, and the sauce and everything else on it gushed out of the sides. Also, the burger was practically not even on the bun.

Got a breakfast bagel this morning and it was absolutely perfect best one I have had from McDonald’s not greasy nothing and made exactly the way I asked the first time bagel was soft and crispy on edges best McDonald’s hands down great job team
