21 December 2025 This was hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
I came through with my two young kids and ordered hot fudge sundaes. When they were made, the employee couldn’t get all of the fudge into the cups. I calmly said that was fine and I’d take them as-is. Instead of resolving it professionally, the employee got visibly angry, slammed the drive-thru window in my face, and disappeared.
A minute later, he came back with my money. I told him all I wanted were the sundaes I had originally ordered. He then aggressively shoved the sundaes at me, with chocolate dripping everywhere and the ice cream clearly crushed like he had squeezed them in his hands out of anger.
My kids were absolutely terrified by how aggressive and hostile this employee was. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially at a place where families and children are supposed to feel safe.
The level of unprofessionalism here is unreal. If management doesn’t address this kind of behavior, they’re going to keep losing customers. I will never return to this location.

Ordered no salt fries and none of the fries where filled at all I called and talked to the workers and they rudely replied they where filled does this looked filled to anyone online this was the same for all my fries half filled i will be asking to talk to corporate its always like this from this store worst place to go to rude staff selling old nuggets under Temp

4 Happy Meals, a Bills Mafia box, 2 chicke.n wrap meal and an extra sandwich. Is it unreasonable to expect that in less than 15 minutes? And the large drink was ordered without ice and had ice. Everything else was correct though so that was good

Don't eat inside you'll never get waited on. Door dash and drive thru takes presidency over any that eat inside. Literally standing inside for 20 mins to get someone to even come to the counter to take my order.

Just got my food. Working a 16 hour shift. Havent had no food get back to eat and i get uncooked fries. Rush cooking food to serve people and we pay for the food. You guys dont pay for our food and you serve uncooked fries. I will be back for another fry too. DO BETTER !
