The service was incredibly speedy, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. I also found the bathroom to be relatively clean, which is always a plus. The main issue was the parking lot and drive-thru configuration. It was a bit scary to navigate, and I felt there was a real risk of hitting another car or a customer. Overall, a great experience inside, but be careful in the lot.
Double check your orders here! I understand it’s really fast paced and there’s almost always a ton of people here, especially after high school sporting events, but they usually don’t get your entire order correct.
I placed my order and the girl who took the order was very friendly. When I got to the pick-up window, the blonde manager was scowling and when she handed me my order , I asked for ketchup. her response. I'm out!!.. Not sorry we're out , just were out. I thought I had ordered fries and they weren't in the bag, so I asked her about the fries and she was very rude and said you didn't order fries, hang on a minute and I'll get you your receipt-to prove...
