Tasting room not ADA accessible, and we were not allowed to bring a chair for our group member with limited mobility. Tasting room associate very rude about it, and made us feel very unwelcome. We bought 3 cases of wine during our last visit prior to this, but we will never go back there again.
I visited with girlfriends and the service was terrible. The wine host made us uncomfortable and was very cold and the toilets were disgusting. Wine was mediocre at best.
Excellent wine. A hidden gem! Highly recommend
Stopped there a few years ago on chance during a road trip. Not a wine drinker however they earned a returning customer (online orders since) for their blueberry wine and strawberry kisses wine. Absolutely wonderful after a meal, sweet and smooth. Service was great while we were there too. Will stop back if ever in upstate ny again.
We went with a group of six. Heads up to future customers: They turned us away because we smelled like cannabis. Apparently this is a no-no to them. (For context, no one was smoking on property, nor were we causing a scene.) They also didn’t explain why we were being told to leave until we politely asked for an explanation — at which point they told us that the “staff was uncomfortable serving a group that smelled like weed.” Apparently they were fearful of serving someone who may or may not be under the influence of cannabis — and they take it very seriously. FYI for future customers!
Wine was delicious and reasonably priced. My husband very much enjoyed the medieval theme!
Great experience with great people! If you have a group make a reservation. It’s worth it! Molly and Michaella were great! Love this place.
Fun, quick service, tasty wine! Loved the staff and their friendly attitude. Will return on the next trip!
Elderly lady with a tattoo on arm greeted my group very unprofessional from the 1st two steps in the door. Do you have a reservation? I was rudely asked if we did. We were a group of 8 people on a small shuttle rental bus for the day as a birthday party.
We walked in and were told about the small sign on door saying no busses or groups. Then we said we would separate into smaller parties. I mentioned we had a coupon, the reason as to why we came in, "what coupon?" The older lady said... the younger lady said it was wine trail pass. we said yes.
Only other people in place also 8 people were leaving but we're in 2 separate cars, leaving no one in the place after we walked out behind them.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE if you care for any level of respect.
Very rude service.
Elderly lady that "greeted" us at 3:30 pm told us no buses for our group of 8, even though the signs said 430. Then said okay. (Sorry for being responsible) By the way, the place was empty.
She then proceeded to say she did not accept the Finger Lakes wine and travel cars that they were a part of.
She finally said that doesn't apply to groups but would accept us, then gave us an attitude. We all walked out.
Take your business elsewhere, where it will be appreciated.

The staff was very friendly. Michaella and Molly were great. And we all love Ann-Margaret
We had six adults in our group stopping in for a tasting on a Tuesday….no one else in the place. Because we had two DDs also in our group we were not served…..what a shame! We ended up at White Springs Winery and bought a case of wine. Seneca Shore lost out….two thumbs down!
Molly and Michaella were a 10/10
This was my favorite winery and favorite stop because of them. Very fun. Very personable. Great wines and atmosphere! Highly recommend!!
If you’re into dragons and medieval, this is the winery for you. First stop is a choice of headpieces to help with the mood. The staff were wearing crowns so bring your own if you have one. Steep drive up but level by the winery. Was thrilled to have a chart available to decide wine type and sugar content.
