We came to Penn Yan for the weekend and needed to catch the Bills game on TV. Wasn't sure where to go but we liked the idea of wood fired pizza. Ordered the Thunderbird Pizza and chipotle cumin wings. Outstanding!! Nice thin crust without being too crispy, nice heat from the jalapeños. Comfortable atmosphere and a pleasant staff. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately this place has gone way downhill. Nothing has been updated in years and everything is old and appears to have not been cleaned. We ordered a pizza tgat was made in front of us without the use of gloves. Wings were undercooked. The restaurant is main need of a complete overhaul.
