Took 56 minutes to get out food in drive thru one night and since then there is always a 20min wait. After waiting that long nothing was made correctly, my cantina quesdilla was missing multiple things cheese and sauce. My husband's was missing sour cream. As we waited at the window the cashier wanted to claim we had no mobile order for us then she finds our receipt. We over hear her say that she gave our order to the car in front of us. Never

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I used the drive through, I ordered a chicken quesadilla with my meal. I got home, it wasn’t in the bag. No biggie, I turned around and went back. A 15 minute round trip. I show up, I go INSIDE. I see an uncooked chicken quesadilla on the counter and say to myself “that’s it”. I politely tell the lady, “I’m missing my children quesadilla, can I please get one”. She proceeds to say yes, as she turned around and asked the gentleman in the back for a chicken quesadilla. He swiftly says “I wondered who that was for”, and proceeded to take the one off the counter. PUT IT INTO THE PRESS. AND GAVE IT TO ME IN A BAG and said “we’re really sorry about that”. I’m at a loss…for words.

I ordered the $9 lux meal with 2 chicken street chalupa. I was expecting two chalupas the same size as the ones I had gotten in the past. NOT the 2 chalupas didn't even add up to one I had before. The picture on the the order kiosk and the over head menu gave no indication that they were any different than the others. If I had known they were 3 inches by 2 inches I would never ordered that meal.

This is one of the slowest and most time consuming Taco Bell’s I have ever been to it should not take 30 mins for 2 ppls orders it’s fast food
Tasty and fast -
but much more than that, two workers named Zack and Carter saw me having a spectacularly stupid flat tire as i was turning into their driveway. These two guardian angels went on and changed the tire as i was uselessly flailing around.

Just went through drive thru. Waited 20 minutes for a cantina bowl no drink just a simple bowl. When I got to the window I realized I needed extra sour cream. So when I asked the girl she said, “ oh its too late, youd have to go back through drive thru.” This is when I just laughed and thought to myself just for a dab of sour cream I have to wait in line another 20 minutes. Is this really what you tell customers. What a joke

Was one of the cleanest Taco Bells I've ever been in. During the staffs downtime they were out cleaning the lobby and the food was fresh and so yummy!
