Good food
I have gone in before to have the restaurant too cold and the music.Way too loud, this time when I went in the music was down. The restaurant was a comfortable temperature. The people were quite pleasant good meal
Not sure what I expected, but it wasn’t this. I asked for my luxe box to have beef instead of chicken for the street chalupas and was told no they couldn’t do it. Then they said they could actually do it but when I opened my box they had steak instead of beef. Both of my hard shell tacos were completely shattered which is interesting because this came served in a hard box that was protecting them? They also didn’t offer/ask if we wanted sauces. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your money.
I went here about a year back and it was late so there weren't many people there. Decent location, friendly staff.
Everyone was so nice even for such a late order. Recommend for anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal
Nice decorations for the holidays, but wow, the service and food was not it. The first order of food I received was missing the overpriced tomatoes on both tacos, and the first taco I tried fell apart immediately and was unable to be eaten without making a mess. After asking for new tacos with tomatoes, the new ones were freezing cold, and both came broken and spilled in the bag. The chalupa I ordered was quite tasty and well put together, so I'll give it that. If you are looking for a place to eat, I would consider other options, especially with two tacos and a chalupa being 17 dollars.

I've maybe had one or two slightly stale tacos from here over the many visits I've made. I consider that over-achieving for Taco Bell. Great place.

I have sent in a report that I have yet to hear back from. I ordered 3 soft tacos no tomatoes and extra sour cream and received plain tacos.

This is just the loveliest drive-through experience. The people who work here always greet me warmly, and are very kind while taking my order. It doesn't take very long for the food to come out, and I can't ever remember a time when my order wasn't what I asked for. On the phone, the service is great, they answered my questions quickly and happily. I honestly love Taco Bell, and the Penn Yan one is my favorite. :)
(If you haven't tried the Cheesy Street Chalupas, you have to. They are so good!)
Vegetarian options: This is the only fast food place my vegetarian friends can go to with me and have several options. Very good!

Worst experience ever! Staff standing around, no one would help at the register counter. Manager just sat in his office on his cellphone. Ordered 3 tacos and a steak quesadilla, an a drink. There were 7 crew members working and no lines. Will NEVER god back.

$17 for two chicken quesadillas and a small soda! Drivethru...And this is what it looked like! They were folded into a box that would not stay closed and then I was told they didnt have any bags to put the food in. The hot sauce was loose, the napkins were non-existant. Where do I put this in my car so it wont pop open and make a huge mess? The Mexican restaurant across the street is cheaper, better quality and more food!
