If you’re in a hurry to grab some food and go home, or out Doordashing, I would highly recommend avoiding this location. I while waiting for an order I placed online for over 20 minutes heard a manager at the time tell the rest of their staff to avoid all other orders and prioritize drive-thru. The same situation happened tonight while waiting to pickup a DoorDash order, after waiting 40 minutes while being told my order was next, I watched as well over 15 cars went thru this drive-thru which is only able to fit 3 cars at a time max, in the time that it took for them to finally make my food. I was then informed that after waiting 40 mins that they were out of an item my DoorDash customer was waiting on, asked if I wanted a substitution and once I informed them of the substitution my customer wanted, they magically found more of that item. Something needs to be done about this policy, they are wasting customers time whilst also hurting the income they could be making.

Stopped today for a quick lunch. An interesting crowd of locals in front of me- all loud talkers screaming at the help in the back. The food was fine but it was not at all enjoyable due to the noise. Not sure I'll go back anytime soon.

I have always had nothing but good experiences here. The employees are very kind, patient, and helpful. The food is always made with care. I have never been disappointed after leaving here and I'm very happy to come back whenever I have a craving for some last minute tacos, even if it's nearing midnight.
Penn Yan Taco Bell is one of the top two locations in all of the Finger Lakes in my opinion, with the second being Canandaigua.The food is always correct AND filled completely, no flat soft tacos or burritos to be found. The sauce is always in the bag/box and most impressively, the staff is ALWAYS enthusiastic and pleasant from the moment they begin taking orders at the speaker, through handing off the food and driving off on my way. I hope the owner/managers appreciate the friendly employees they have. It's rough out there these days, and finding a fast food establishment that seems to mostly have their life together is a rarity.Since I've mentioned my top two locations, I'd also like to mention that I've sworn off of Geneva's KFC/TB store for the last few years for so many reasons. Definitely the worst in the FLX.Parking: Parking is suitable for all types of personal vehiclesWheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.

This location is the best taco Bell I've ever been to, clean fast and kind and they take their time to make it perfect.
The food was good, atleast what I had but the workers seemed happy, the only bad thing is that they don't serve be breakfast like they say in the commercials. Overall it's a good placeVegetarian options: There's options for vegan food because of the complaints I tried it and it's was good.Parking: There's atleast 5 parking spots and 1 for the disabled there is a seating area outside which is niceKid-friendliness: I'll I found out is there is no alcohol. And everything (but the utensils) and choke freeWheelchair accessibility: There is ways to get to the building because of the sidewalks.
Had to wait for someone to notice me standing there so I can place my order!!! But after that the service was good and the food was great!! Clean eating area good for the kids!!

Went the other night around 8pm got 2 large baja blasts, went to the window and the guy working told me it was almost $12 for the drinks and he asked if I had the bajas as well. Didn’t think much of it as I was in a hurry. Got home and told my bf it seemed a bit high in price for 2 drinks so he puts it in his app and it should have only costed almost $6. Not sure why I was overcharged but definitely my fault for not speaking up :(
