Stopped here while camping in the area for a much needed iced coffee. Nicest Dunkin I have ever been to, it was very clean, our food and drinks were good, and staff was efficient. Outside I noticed there were sunflowers planted which was a very nice touch. I will return again if I’m in the area.

I often meet one of my friends here. There is no pressure, with lots of seating room, so we can sit to enjoy our coffee and a nice chat without being pushed out the door. The servers are very pleasant, lots of parking spaces, and clean bathrooms. Good job, team Dunkin'!

Just sat in the drive thru for 5 mins before they took out order and they couldn’t even hold conversation with us being the customer they kept having their own personal conversation with their coworkers still on the headset without muting

Went through drive thru this morning and as I’m at the window I need to utilize the restroom for an urgent medical related reason for the record I’m aware doesn’t warrant me to do whatever I please and if I realize now pulling up my car with enough clearance to get around me and retrieve orders through the window was the wrong choice however upon the way I was approached was extremely rude and degrading. I’m in a stall when an employee older woman dark hair enters the restroom screaming at me I need to move immediately and that I’m blocking the drive through which I was not and the door slammed as I’m apologizing barely even dressed and as I am can hear loudly this woman talking rudely about me. Asked for my coffee I payed for already and it was held over my head I could have it if I went and moved my vehicle first so I left and went to McDonald’s instead and unfortunately went back to get the one I ordered here because their espresso machine was down. I was screamed at with no room to even apologize for my inconvenience I was acknowledging nor making excuses for and without disclosing my medical significance you never know what someone’s going through and a reminder accountability can come with kindness. I will never return to this location and pray for the unfortunate woman I had the displeasure of encountering.

This is a very popular spot. As such, the wait time in the drive through is ridiculously high. Unfortunately when they are busy, and the way the lot is set-up, drive through is usually the only option. Often food that is supposed to be hot arrives cold because you wait 20 minutes to get it. Also, beware using the mobile app. My wife placed an order over a month ago and arrived to find the store closed for driveway treatment. The app did not indicate that the store was closed and she has yet to receive a refund.
Always a fast drive thru and order is always corredt.

Ordered munchkins and wrap on app was told they were out of stock with all dounuts and the wraps asked for refund said they couldn’t give me a refund no manager on duty and to come back in a day or two to talk to manager about my refund
