Being trucker....The breakfast sub is a fan favorite for a reason! It's so fresh and my go to oder. The staff is very polite and humble especially "Kate " kudos to Kate 🫰🏻

came here with my sweet family today on our drive home from camping near Ausable Chasm. and let me tell you I am FLOORED. my daughter’s meatballs…ROCK SOLID AND COLD…LIFELESS…i watched the young ginger employee microwave them for less than 5 seconds…absolutely ridiculous. as a former food service veteran i’m appalled…GAGGED really…also a woman in front of us ordered 4 sandwiches…like go buy a grocery store while you’re at it sugar…(I’m aware her eating habits don’t reflect on the establishment, nor am I shaming her. she just took a million years to order and there was an entire line behind her like go get a hobby and leave) all I have to say is pick up the pace and get another employee back there. if you expect a young ginger child to run your establishment, you aren’t going anywhere!

Disgusting, sloppy and incorrect ingredients. If you order online (and you have to because none of their phone numbers work) have them open the sandwiches up before you walk away with your surprise bag. ? And I gave them a tip.

Young guy working there today was total moron! Asked me what i wanted. I told him. He takes my roll out and sets it on counter then jumps ahead to the person in front of me. Roll sat out for good five minutes. Then tells me the oven was down. Said he could heat it next door in they oven. I said im good. Then puts little to no meat or veggies on it. Kept wiping sweat off his head ? Then whines because i want xtra mayo. Must be saving up for a new game system. Total disrespect to the workforce!

Went there to order my food. Waited almost 10 min for staff to come out from the back. When the girl finally came out she was suprised I was standing there and face got super red. She then proceeded to look in the back and told someone to be quiet. Then out comes dude with hair pushed all the way to the front of his hat to where it was coming out from under the bill of the hat. Isnt the point of the hat to keep hair tucked in? She rushed to get my sub done and dude wouldnt even look at me or another customer. Fast forward to a few days later, I go again to order the dude from 1st time was working and kept staring at me when as I went to stand in line . The two up front were the dude from a couple days before and his co worker who had his hair under his hat the same way. I stood in line for 10 minutes. with no word from eaither one of them . Once one finished the guys order in front of me , he took his gloves off and went to the back. The other guy from dats before still wouldnt say anything and left me standing there . Another employee came out to fill the sauces, the guy standing there finally spoke up and told the guy doing the sauces to wait on me. Makes me wonder what the two from the days before were doing in the back. I will be calling corporate

Got there on a Saturday morning with 30 teenage athletes. Service was fast, efficient and the food was great. The manager went at great lenghts to make sure we got our food fast. The two young employees worked very hard to make everyone happy. Thanks for your warm welcome, I will definitely stop there again.

Food is fine, the lady making my sub was a bit how’s as she was more focused and friendly on my boyfriend and gave him a bunch of extra meat but gave me less meat then I was suppose to get. Next time she needs to focus on doing her job right instead of staring at my boyfriend.
