Have come here few times and this place never disappoints. Menu has something for everyone at a reasonable price. We had the skirt steak and paella for the 4 of us along with appetizers and it was delicious and plentiful! We came here on a Sunday afternoon and had the place to ourselves!

I recently visited Olar, and as always, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish—perfect for both a casual meal or a special occasion. The food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially loved the pasta special and the salmon entrée, both cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into each plate. Service was prompt, and our server Olivia (aka Liv) was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. And of course, the drinks from Brenda are always delicious! Overall, I highly recommend Olar to anyone looking for amazing food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely keep coming back—just as I always do!

I have dined at Olar's multiple times. Last night I had dinner with three former college classmates, one I hadn't seen in almost 50 years. We decided to skip on entrees and just order a number of Tapa's or appetizers as well as cocktails The wait staff was very accommodating giving us plenty of time to select dishes and more importantly to catch up on old times. The food was delicious and the ambience was perfect with noise levels that allowed us to have conversations without yelling.

Love Olar Noso. The small plates give u so many options to choose from and all are delicious from their salads, potato chips, grilled shrimp, mussels, octopus to their pastas, paella, skirt steak. Greet cocktails to boot all make for a fun and delectable evening.

Olar Noso is a hidden gem & worth a trip to Northvale! We've brought several friends to dine here. Everything is delicious. We enjoyed several tapas; pistachio pizza (a must!) and paella. Joey mixes up incredibly fresh & creative cocktails and Cesar always takes good care of us.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, the maitre'd warmly greeted us and noted our request to be seated in a quieter are of the restaurant to accommodate my wife's hearing disability. His selection of the table was perfect. Our server Brenda was outstanding and very attentive. Since this was our first time here, and definitely not the last, Brenda guided us through the menu making helpful suggestions. We started off with cocktails that were extraordinarily prepared. Accompanying our cocktails was a Fig- topped pizza followed by an assortment of tapas. Each bite was delicious! Looking forward to a return visit.

We stumbled upon Olar Noso and were very happy we did. The food selection was very diverse, offering a nice mix of Spanish tapas and Italian delicacy. They also offer a better than average wine selection, at reasonable (restaurant) prices. The salmon tartare stole the show, but the Gorgonzola stuffed dates, garlic shrimp, and meatball tapas dishes were amazing supporting roles to an overall great meal. Their homemade potato chips made for great table pickins as well. We'll definitely be back to try some of their meat entrees (someone near us had the skirt steak and that ranks top on the list). Well done Olar Noso (but I'll take my skirt steak medium rare when I return;)

We had a very good experience for a party of eight, celebrating a milestone birthday. Our server was very helpful, making suggestions that would work best for a large group, and the amount of food was perfect. For all of the food and drinks, the meal was also extremely reasonably priced in my opinion.
