Perfect B'day dinner. We (3) shared apps: (croquettes, beet salad, meat balls & rosemary sourdough bread),dinner: paella,drinks (mocktail-pear lime) & desserts: flan, penna cotta & cheese cake with berries. All were made to perfection, so delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. Ambiance ok-but the culinary delights and service made up for it. You may have a bit of a wait because everything is served fresh and hot, but so totally worth it.

We were very happy with our waitress who was very pleasant and helpful. She answered our questions regarding the menu. The food was excellent. I thought the wine by the glass at $22 for a glass of Cabernet was excessive. That is high even compared to expensive restaurants in NYC.

The atmosphere is cozy and stylish—perfect for both a casual meal or a special occasion. The food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially loved the pasta special and the salmon entrée, both cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into each plate. Service was prompt, and our server Olivia (aka Liv) was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. And of course, the drinks from Brenda are always delicious! I have dined at Olar's multiple times. Last night I had dinner with three former college classmates, one I hadn't seen in almost 50 years. We decided to skip on entrees and just order a number of Tapa's or appetizers as well as cocktails The wait staff was very accommodating giving us plenty of time to select dishes and more importantly to catch up on old times. The food was delicious and the ambience was perfect with noise levels that allowed us to have conversations without yelling.
