The WORST service I have ever paid for. We arrived at 7:15 and were seated. There was a large party in the room with us and the waitress was too busy serving them and ignored us for at least 45 minutes. After complaining to the manager, we received water and the drinks we had ordered 20 minutes prior. Our waitress took our order at 8:15. 1 hour after we were seated. No apologies, nothing for the lack of attention and service we received. Although the food was actually good and came quickly, I will not return.

This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks and service is always outstanding. Josh, the manager really made our time there extra special and we really appreciated it. We will always come back.

My husband and I really enjoy Otto's. It is a fun place with great food and drinks. We've always had a good experience. At our dinner on March 2, our server was Billy. He was terrific! Billy was friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job.

We had a grain, berry and goat cheese salad which was tasty. Then some fried oysters which were crispy and spicy. We had a pork chop that was cooked perfectly and very savory. Also had the king shrimp which were excellent large, filling and spicy We will go back
Drinks, food, ambiance, and service were great! Our waiter, Ryan, was attentive, patient, and gave great recommendations. Items were a little on the pricey side, but comparable to the restaurants around the area.

The food and drinks were excellent, and we loved the atmosphere. Even with a large birthday party going on we could talk at our table with no difficulty. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. It was a nice evening.

Very nice ambience and much larger than I expected. The menu was different fare and the 2 salads and 3 main dishes that we ordered were all delicious. It is expensive, as many restaurants are today.
There should have been more staff in the dining room. We felt our waiter was overwhelmed with the number of tables he was taking care of. Otherwise, everything was outstanding. We will be back.

Hostess seemed a little too cool for school but whatever. They aren’t my worry as long as they sit me when my res is.The food was really really good and the service was 10/10. And that’s why you go to a restaurant. I’d go here again and again in Piermont.
