I had an outstanding experience at the Fit-Lab @ Piermont Bicycle. From start to finish, the service was incredibly professional, precise, and genuinely focused on improving my comfort and performance on the bike. Jason took the time to understand my riding style, goals, and any issues I’d been experiencing.
The fitting process was extremely thorough — every adjustment was explained clearly, and I really appreciated the combination of technical expertise and real-world cycling knowledge. The difference in how my bike feels now is unbelievable. I’m more comfortable, more efficient, and riding with greater confidence than ever before.
Their attention to detail, modern fitting technology, and friendly approach make this place truly special. I highly recommend the Fit-Lab to anyone looking to elevate their riding experience. Absolutely worth it!
I appreciate the shop for working tirelessly on my bicycle to get it in tiptop shape for riding season. In addition, they have an area that makes delicious smoothies and tasty treats that are healthy.
I’ve been coming here since 2016, and the owner, Glenn, is an awesome guy. Everyone who works here is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They make sure that when you buy a bike, you’re happy with whatever you choose.
A special thank you to Sunny — he was amazing and really helped us out. Thank you again!
Scammers!!!! Ships empty boxes without insurance and lies to customers! Fought them for weeks before Ebay had to step in and refund my money. Read the reviews these people are shady liars!!!!!
Biggest scam artist online! Tried to purchase their item on Ebay. Box arrived broken open and empty. I immediately proved this with photos including the USPS carrier picture holding a destroyed box. False promises to make it right then all out battle because they failed to insure the item! Demanded I deal with post office without offering any receipts. Lied to Ebay and requested a police report. These people are crooks and have a history of hiding behind the shipped. Scammer!!!!
Excellent service, knowledge and selection of bikes! I got a new bike here and love it.
I was new to cycling and bought a size 54 bike after being convinced that the 54 would be a better fit than the 51 from the salesman. I reluctantly agreed thinking that the salesman knew more than I did and this was the best option. A couple weeks later I realized that a smaller size would have fit way better and brought the bike back to Piermont asking for a trade in. The trade in would’ve been for $400 less than what I bought it for which although was frustrating was not too big of a deal. What was frustrating was that another salesman came to look at me try a 51 and then agreed that the 51 fit better for me. I never ended up trading my bike in and considering my experiences along with the fact that many people have agreed that I definitely should have been sold a size down, I would not recommend buying a bike here.
Edit: I also emailed Piermont to follow up. They initially responded but then stopped replying. After another attempt, I still haven't received an answer. Considering I've been here and gotten multiple flats fixed with no issue, I feel a bit let down by this lack of customer attention.
Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to test ride a couple of bikes. Frank the GM was very helpful and made it super easy to take both bikes for a spin around the block. He answered my questions about the bikes and helped me pick out some gear. No pressure the whole time. Very nice experience.
Piermont bike shope took care of me as soon as I arrived to the store. I got a flat mountain biking. Didn't manage the flat in the mountain. In 15 min they fixed my issue
Wonderful shop, very high end but still provides friendly and prompt service for any level of rider. They are however quite pricey.

Piermont Bike always delivers, but I really want to give a special shoutout to Sunny. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I was taken care of. Super knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I needed. Whether it was small tweaks or helping me figure out the right setup for my new bike, Sunny went above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about cyclists, no matter your level. Piermont Bike is lucky to have him thank you, Sunny!
The day I picked up my bike I got a bike fit with Jason, and it completely changed my riding experience. He paid attention to every detail, positioning, comfort, performance, and explained the “why” behind each adjustment. The difference on the road was night and day: smoother rides, more power, less discomfort. If you’re serious about cycling, a proper fit makes all the difference, and Jason is the guy you want for it. Highly recommend booking with him.
Buying my new bike from Piermont Bicycle Connection was truly a great experience. The day I walked in the shop I was still in research mode, trying to figure out which type of bike would be a best fit. I had a really nice conversation with Sunny who steered me towards the Cannondale Supersix EVO 2, a bike that I hadn't yet considered. He was convinced that it was the right bike and told me to take it for a test ride. Within a few moments of riding it, I knew there and then this was the perfect bike for me. After taking it out on some long rides recently, I found it to be quick, super responsive, and extremely comfortable.
Sunny also recommended that I get professional bike fit. He said dialing in the fit prior to getting the new bike would make a tremendous difference with regard to comfort and efficiency. It sounded like a good idea and I agreed.
I set an appointment with Jason Barcoff at Fit Lab (next door). The day had arrived. This was my first professional bike fit and I didn't know what to expect. This too was a great experience. Jason analyzed my flexibility, mobility, posture, feet etc. He then had me ride on their bike test rig to determine my proper bike measurements, positioning, and best saddle type. He helped me select the best fitting shoes and custom adjusted the insoles. All this data resulted in a detailed measurement report which was then applied to the new bike.
I came in a few days later to pay and pick up my new bike. I test rode it and I have to say it's a perfect bike with a perfect fit.
I've never had such a great experience at a bike shop. Sunny and Jason are true professionals and more importantly, they care deeply about cycling and providing top quality care for their customers. I highly recommend anyone who is in market for a new bike to visit Piermont Bicycle Connection.
Great customer service. The people who work there are knowledgeable and they have the best stock of bikes around. At 5’1” no one ever has bikes in my size. Not only did Piermont have a bike, they had 4 for me to test. Sunny also told me the size I originally thought I needed was too big and his recommendation for the smaller frame was spot on. I ended up with a 44 cm Cannondale Evo and couldn’t be happier.
Always a pleasure doing business at Piermont Bicycle. The people are knowledgeable and the service is impeccable. I have been doing business with them for over a decade and always leave feeling very satisfied.
Walked in and out with a bike rack…they even assembled it for me. 10/10 thanks so much guys.
