Great customer service. The people who work there are knowledgeable and they have the best stock of bikes around. At 5’1” no one ever has bikes in my size. Not only did Piermont have a bike, they had 4 for me to test. Sunny also told me the size I originally thought I needed was too big and his recommendation for the smaller frame was spot on. I ended up with a 44 cm Cannondale Evo and couldn’t be happier.

The best bike shop period. The staff at Piermont is basically an all-star team. Jason Barcoff is one of the best bike fitters in the U.S. He is a compendium of knowledge of all things bike-related (and unrelated) and, after several appointments, is someone who I consider to be a friend.
