I'll take here over Wasabi down the road any day. Fresh fish & kind staff makes for a nice sushi experience.

I love how intimate the atmosphere is. We sat at the sushi bar and had Omakase, it was spectacular. The sushi was fresh, our chef’s display was exquisite. The staff was attentive but not too much. The best Sushi I’ve had in the area. Will definitely be

Vastly exceeded my expectations for a NJ spot. Nigiri is a bit expensive a la cart but quality is comparable to Japan.Tuna is excellent. Texture is good, no gristle, cured well, no fishy smell.“Premium” items were the real deal. You get what you pay for. Chutoro, wagyu, etc. Whoever is buying ingredients is doing a good job.Good amount of vinegar in rice. Many other places don’t put enough.Friendly service. No contact QR billpay. Very goodLooking forward to coming back and trying omakase some timeWould be nice if they could start offer hot towel for cleaning hands

Really amazing sushi and service. I didn't get our servers name but she was super kind and attentive. The owner was very kind too.
Sabi Sushi is a hidden gem that caught my attention with it’s delectable cuisine. The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Sabi Sushi offers a variety of options that caters to all palates. A visit is a must ?

Always fresh and delicious sushi and the waiters are very nice. TWO New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs to choose from (choose the Goose). Also Appealing and affordable lunch menu. Right in the heart of Piermont Village. Highly recommend.

Food decent. I prefer a simpler (more Japanese, less Americanized) version of sushi, but it is good.Service was friendly but very haphazard - I ordered a soup (never delivered) and a glass of unfiltered Sake - likewise never delivered. At least the missing items were also missing from the bill...Tacky radio, complete with commercials, does not do justice to a nicely finished interior.
