Immediately the warmth and smells is very inviting, feels like a part of italy is actually here, tried the Guanciale pizza and it was amazing 👏. 10/10 customer service
Amazing experience! The atmosphere is so intimate and cute. The food was delicious and our waiter Joe was awesome! Cocktails were on point too. It’s always a plus when a restaurant has blue cheese olives for dirty martinis ;) This definitely isn’t your ordinary Italian restaurant and felt very special, as if we were actually in Italy! Can’t wait to go back!!

I wanted to believe all the reviews I've seen raving about the food here and after trying many dishes, I left disappointed and hungry.
Overall, my table ordered about 3 apps, and 3 entrees. All were not great.
Lets start with the apps.
Fried zucchini flower - They came out limp and at room temperature, bordering cold. These are supposed to be freshly fried but they came out in 5 minutes, and ended up being soggy and not even hot. 1/5
Stuffed clams - These were better but nothing to rave about. At the least the came out a bit hotter than the zucchini flower. 3/5
Caesar salad - Salad was a little sad, it lacked the crisp you'd expect of fresh romaine. The dressing was a little off, lacking the sharp taste youd from fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano. 2/5
Entrees
Oxtail Ragu - This was a very sad dish. The pasta was stale! I love my pasta al dente with a nice chew and texture, however this pasta was not that. The parpadelle broke apart whenever I tried to pick it up. The taste was bland and the pasta tasted like it's been sitting for years with an odd texture and almost plastic taste. The oxtail was okay, it could have been cooked longer for a truly tender melt in your mouth meat. Oh also, this one came out at room temp. How are you serving fresh pasta and it comes out like this, cold. 1/5
Chicken Parm - They use dark meat which sounded like it could be very promising but to everyone's surprise, the meat was dry!! How in the world do you try out chicken thighs? The meat was also overly brined, on it's own it was way too salty and the brine broke the meat down into a not so pleasant texture. This one also came out room temp and mushy. This was fresh out of the wood burning oven? Hard to believe. Overall this one was dry, mushy, cold, overly salty. 1/5
Spaghetti Alla Panettiere Mezza Notte - The best one of them all, yet the cheapest to make. $27 though? 3/5
The place was overcrowded with tables and we felt cramped up. The lighting was a bit too dim and could barely see the menu. I wanted to like the place but in the end, the food talks. And this place really dropped the ball on what good Italian actually is.

If you're yearning for an authentic Italian dining experience, look no further than Trattoria Vittorrio. Stepping inside feels like being transported straight to a charming trattoria in Naples, where the aroma of delicious food fills the air and the ambiance exudes warmth and hospitality.
The highlight of the menu is undoubtedly the wood-burning oven, which produces some of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. Each bite is a perfect blend of crispy crust and fresh toppings that truly honor traditional Italian recipes. But the culinary delights don’t stop there—whether you’re indulging in succulent chops, perfectly cooked steaks, or fresh fish, each dish is crafted with care and authenticity.
The pasta selection is simply amazing. I highly recommend the roasted clams, which are a standout dish bursting with flavor. The San Genero salad is a refreshing complement, and the pork chop with vinegar peppers is nothing short of spectacular. Each dish is a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to quality and flavor.
Service at Trattoria Vittorrio is exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. Speaking of wine, every amazing bottle is priced at only $50, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your meal without breaking the bank.
If you get the chance, snag a seat at the bar. The atmosphere there truly enhances the experience, making you feel like you’ve been whisked away to Italy.
In short, Trattoria Vittorrio is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine.

Had high hopes for this place, unfortunately it did not meet expectations.
Appetizer we ordered the zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta- cold and soggy, caesar salad- dressing was good but lettuce was not fresh, baked clams were okay but also not hot and luke warm, entree we got wood fired chicken parm- cold and soggy and dry, oxtail ragu- cold and noodles were stale (not al dente Stale), everything over all was cold, soggy, and not good. And for the price this meal was not enjoyable. Even the mezcal cocktail we ordered was overly sweet and lacked mezcal.

Rotten. If you pay with credit card, be prepared to be hit with an illegal surcharge added to your final bill (NYS business law 518).
If a business can’t handle managing customer money through cc, be cash only. Simple.
My response to your “response”: prove it; show the community that has uplifted you, that you are billing them within the law, and not underhandedly taking from them.
Simply look at and follow the law, buddy; and regarding your passive aggressive threat: note taken, maybe you’re turning this into a Piermont PD issue.
Also, check your records: I left you a five star review the week you opened when you promised that it was your POS programmer’s fault for the illegal surcharge.
I liked your aesthetic and your tomato sauce and absolutely support local; but I do not condone or support bait and switch pricing and taking advantage of honest customers.
Hopefully the feedback will help.

What a beautiful place and a fantastic, affordable wine list. Highly recommend. The negative reviews on here were posted by horrible people who should never leave the house. Wonderful and unique selection of amari and grappe as well. A welcome addition to Piermont.

The food was good but the service/atmosphere was the problem resulting in a 1 star review. We had a 5:15 reservation on at Saturday night. We arrived on time but were being rushed from the moment we sat down. Constantly reminded that we had 1.5 hr reservation and being asked if we were ready to order every minute and a half. When we did finally place our order the appetizers came and our meals came before i was even finished with my soup. I am not a fan of that type of service and probably won’t return here due to the feeling of being rushed after spending a good amount of money. Most people probably feel the same as I do about wanting to take a quick rest after appetizers and enjoy some wine and conversation. I understand they are busy but there needs to be a balance otherwise they will lose clientele quickly.
