They claim to close at 10pm (false advertisement) I placed an order on the app at 8:56pm the order went through, when I got there at 9pm I pull up to the drive thru window and they said they were closed. I was so upset because no one would come to the window and the employees were inside. Why take orders if you can’t fulfill the order.

The Pine Bush Dunkin has honestly improved since the remodel, the store looks cleaner, they seem faster, and they're consistent with other locations as well

My coffee tasted absolutely horrible and I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon and did not receive my bacon yet they charged me for it. Thought that the store getting fixed up would make the food better but it did not at all. Never will go here again!

They messed up my orders and some food are missing. Not the first time it happened. They need to revamp the place by making better food and hire workers that pay attention.

Everytime I go to Pine Bush Dunkin Donuts there is always a problem. Order a Latte today and the machine is broken until further notice. Then there new store hours are 5am to 5pm. Monday thru Sunday. You are going to lose a lot business with those store hours. There are a lot people that love to get coffee after 5pm.BEEN SITTING IN DRIVE IN FOR 15 MIN AND SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Had the absolute worst experience at DD in Pine Bush and it is completely unacceptable. My daughter and her father (dark skinned) went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen doughnuts NO sprinkles before they left they realized the doughnuts had sprinkles, no big deal accidents happen! So instead of holding up the line he parked and went inside to let them know that they gave him sprinkles on the doughnuts. He waited in line behind a lady (light skinned) who when got to the counter returned food from 2 DAYS AGO… he then let Lee (employee behind the counter) know that he just came through the drive thru and and that his was given sprinkles when he asked for no sprinkles. Lee then said “we can’t take food back” even though he took the lady in front of him food back from 2 days ago. So Lee was asked why he took the Lady’s food back but he can’t fix the order that he just ordered. His response was “you can speak to my manager” mind you I’m on the phone on FaceTime the whole time witnessing this and I could NOT believe what was happening. I wish I could say that racism doesn’t exist but it does and this was disgusting to witness! If you can’t treat people equally then you have NO business working in Customer Service. The situation was addressed by the assistant manager who was very apologetic for his behavior and contacted the store manager who did reach out to us. I do understand there are company policy’s and that would be acceptable if Lee had not just taken food back from 2 days ago from a different race with no problem especially right in front of him. Needless to say I’m pissed!

Why the hell a) does it take so damn long; b) is the order NEVER correct, and c) does the coffee ALWAYS taste sour?! The sour part always gets me. What are you folks putting in the coffee? Are you not cleaning properly? Are you trying to save money and cut corners? I don't understand how this Dunkin survives! It should be shut down. Also, whenever there's a promotion for ordering ahead online, the system seems to conveniently be "offline". Management never seems to want to talk to you, either, which baffles me. I wish a Starbucks would open in town and this place would shut down.

Probably one of the worst locations I have tried. The iced coffee always tastes like it’s burnt. Doughnuts taste old. Won’t be spending money at this location again. Update as of 05/16/23 seems like this location has changed management. Was in a rush and wanted coffee went through the drive thru the employee was very polite and helpful. My iced coffee was perfect. I’m definitely going to give the new management and employees several more visits to say they have made drastic improvements.

Yikes.. not even worth the one star. Two days in a row I was served frozen egg bites, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst service I've ever gotten from a Dunkin or any food establishment for that matter.
