I have been a Pizza Plus customer for a long time. The last couple of times I went I noticed the food was not as good. I went tonight and not only was the food just ok at best, they brought my pizza slices burnt black on the bottom. it was uneatable. When I ask my waitress about it she was not nice or helpful. I will not be back.

I used to love Pizza Plus but the food has gone down hill and so has the service. My daughter and her friend got pizza and the slices were burnt on the bottom, when asked about receiving new slices, they were turned down and given a lame excuse as to the reason the bottoms were burnt. Myself and my family won't return there again. It isn't the same as when the original owners were involved in the business.

Nice pizza joint for locals or visitors in the Pine Bush, NY areaParking: Parking is shared with a few shops, but when the pottery shop across the lot is open and having an activity, parking is hard to find!!Wheelchair accessibility: Main entry may be tight to navigate a wheelchair, but should accommodate and the entry to pizzeria has two doors that will surely allow for easy access. Also, outdoor patio for warmer days!
We've been choosing this pizza place for a long while bc of the pizza quality and service. What a difference when you have one bad experience. We called for a pizza pick up and asked when can we pick up. The young woman who was very sweet on the phone told us 45 mins. So I asked should we come by a certain time so that the pizza is hot when we pick up. She told me when to come by. When my husband picked up at that time he said the pizza box was not hot at all. It was cold. So I called the shop to mention it to them. Another older woman got on the phone and she was so rude. Perhaps she was having a really bad day. She hung up on me. There are other pizza shops we have easy access to in Pine Bush and not to say we won't give it another try but it will be a long while. Costumers should never be treated that way no matter what. More training needs to be done here.

I ordered a veal farm hero, And ask if they could toast the bread before putting sauce on it. They said sure, but there would be an extra charge that sucks, I'll never be back.
