The vegan options around here suck for the most part, so I’m thankful to have a spot like pure city near me. It reminds me of the vegan Asian spots that you can find in Manhattan or Brooklyn. The fried mushrooms are to die for, especially when you have them fresh.

I had the Teriyaki Veggie Steak and it was superb! I’ve been a vegetarian for 14 years now and this is the absolute best “steak I’ve EVER had! My mom, the meat enthusiast, even said it tastes like real steak. We also had the Pure City Platter for 2 and everything was so tasty. HIGHLY recommend this vegetarian restaurant. And the service is very fast.

Some great food! Get the eggplant. Wonderful tea (tried the ginger and rose date), wonderful salads, some of the entrees were very good, the meat substitute were hit or miss but some surprise good ones. Great service, atmosphere, everything was really great. Thanks for the fantastic, kind service and a great meal!
Vegetarian options: All vegan, vegetarian. Some dishes are all vegetable (and hearty, tasty, amazing!) and some have near substitutes like breaded crispy "chicken" or tender strips of "beef", excellent sauces, beautiful variety of ingredients and flavors and chef was willing to accommodate (like making my tropical mango chicken dish spicy!). Vegetarian paradise. But even meat eaters will find delicious, hearty, and satisfying options at this amazing restaurant.
Parking: There's a large free parking lot a short stroll down the pretty main street of Pine Bush. Usually plenty of street parking as well.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, kid/lunch sized portions on menu. Great place for kids to eat vegetarian without necessarily knowing it and still getting very healthy, nutritionally balanced meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space at tables, entry way easy to get into
