Been coming here for years and have never had an issue until recently with this new older Indian lady they hired every time I ask for her too put xtra ranch on my sandwich she tells me it’s too much and makes it a big deal about it I didn’t know she was eating it ??? but that’s not the topping on the cake, what is though is when she then proceeds too ring me up and tells me that my order ia complicated and she couldn’t ring it in correctly which all I got was a 6 inch meatball sub with a bag of chips I don’t understand what is so difficult about that. She starts going back and fourth with me about the price which I never even questioned I just wanted to pay so I could leave. With all of this being said I don’t think I’ll be coming here for awhile until they get rid of her unfortunately which is a bummer because that’s my local subway. 😭😞

Waited a hour for a online order. The little Indian lady had me sit so she could make it then started taking other peoples orders. Took forever to get food. Then on top when I finally had said something about my orders she got unbelievably rude, as if I did something wrong. Never again and they need not be so cheap on a Saturday and hire more people. I literally watched at least 10 people walk out because they couldn't wait any longer. Very unhappy with this place

The staff at this Subway in Pine Bush are friendly and courteous, which is a plus. The food is consistent with what you’d expect from a Subway chain, but not all toppings are available, such as black olives, which can be disappointing. However, the service is very slow, often due to only one person working during busy times. They also do not accept promotions or coupons. My online order wasn’t prepared until I waited in line with in-store customers, adding to the delay. More staff and better order processing would improve the experience.

Went in with a coupon. Owner wouldn’t accept. Non participating. Asked for 6” Tuna with onion and tomato on wheat . Got 2 measly slices of tomato, no onion, hardly any tuna because loaded with shredded lettuce I didn’t ask for. Will not go back there.
Always been consistent, been going here for years. Nice people! and as someone with contamination ocd, i am very comfortable with this being my local subway

It's been at least a decade since I had *anything* this good from a Subway. This visit and the quality and quantity of ingredients on my sandwich took me back to the 90's when Subway was the very best. Excellent. Thank you.

Probably the saddest subway I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have half of the topping a normal subway has (no pickles, no peppers! no olives) and the ones they did have looked disgusting. The lettuce was brown and the spinach was slimy. They put barely any meat on the sandwiches just for me to paid 19$ for a turkey foot long and turkey 6 inch. They claim they don’t accept regular subway coupons for some reason. Just a very sad excuse for a subway.
