The food from the order time to the time it's delivered to the table takes a long time. I was a cook for 30 years, and I know it should not take 20 minutes to half an hour to get food on a customer's table. It didn't matter what time of day I went, 7 times to this restaurant, and it is always this long to get food. The food is good, however, unless something changes, I will not be going back. It takes way too long

My husband, our son and I stopped by for dinner for the first time this evening. The service was great! The prices are fair. Waitress was welcoming and friendly! Food was delicious, try the Zacks Melt!! So good!! We will definitely be returning, looking forward to trying breakfast with them!!

We will NEVER return here. We arrived at 8 and didn't get out until 950pm. Smash burgers aren't smashed and are extremely small. all 5 burgers were burned on the outside. My 8 year old child's "well done" burger was so raw the cow was running off the plate. The waitress was very nice but overworked. She was the best part of the whole experience. My husband loves the buffalo chicken egg rolls. He will order those to go for now on. The big burger with half pound burgers is the best bang for your buck. He liked that (even though it was charred ) .

I don’t normally write reviews, but tonight I was very disappointed. We usually get take out, but ate at the restaurant tonight. I ordered prime rib which is normally very good. Tonight I was served a strip steak and it was rare not medium. I never return food, but had to tonight. I cannot eat a very rare piece of meat. I got the steak back well done. The waitress was very upset and comped us our drinks and a cookie. Not the same, but she tried. I am not sure why they just didn’t say they were out of prime rib. They are two very different cuts of meat. I am very disappointed that they out right lied and tried to serve a strip steak instead of prime rib 🙄

While on a road trip across the pa border my prayers for some delicious food were answered!!!! While drooling over the legendary Sasquatch burger, I decided on a wheeler burger. Staff was friendly, and dedicated to their craft. 200/10 would eat here again! Oh and the cherry pie was amazing homemade with homemade whipped cream on top. Didn’t break the bank either.
The past few times we have been there the food has been good, but not good enough to out weigh the painfully slow service. Tonight was our last time going there, we sat down for dinner at 7pm on a monday with our 2 young daughters, after 15 minutes we hadn't even recieved our menus or had our drink orders taken yet so we left. We have an extremely busy life and waiting around for over 15 minutes just to get menus and drinks is not worth the mediocre food.
