Went a couple weeks ago after not going for awhile and paid with cash but there was a surcharge fee on the bill for what exactly my kid and dad all go together some times for breakfast won’t be going back.

Enjoyed the food and local color here. We were included in local conversations as we waited for our food. The food was good and the young waitress worked hard to meet everyone’s needs. There is a nice bar on premise too. Worth a stop!

The food from the order time to the time it's delivered to the table takes a long time. I was a cook for 30 years, and I know it should not take 20 minutes to half an hour to get food on a customer's table. It didn't matter what time of day I went, 7 times to this restaurant, and it is always this long to get food. The food is good, however, unless something changes, I will not be going back. It takes way too long

I’ve been going to Zack’s for quite some time now, the food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. Ya’ll definitely gotta check this place out!
My husband, our son and I stopped by for dinner for the first time this evening. The service was great! The prices are fair. Waitress was welcoming and friendly! Food was delicious, try the Zacks Melt!! So good!! We will definitely be returning, looking forward to trying breakfast with them!!

We will NEVER return here. We arrived at 8 and didn't get out until 950pm. Smash burgers aren't smashed and are extremely small. all 5 burgers were burned on the outside. My 8 year old child's "well done" burger was so raw the cow was running off the plate. The waitress was very nice but overworked. She was the best part of the whole experience. My husband loves the buffalo chicken egg rolls. He will order those to go for now on. The big burger with half pound burgers is the best bang for your buck. He liked that (even though it was charred ) .
