We had dinner there last night for my sons 30th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The service was top notch and everyone was so friendly. From the drinks to apps to the actual entrees and desserts everything was delicious! If you have not tried this place yet you are definitely missing out. A definite must try.

Just had dinner and it was excellent. Our waitress was Ily M. And the service was amazing. The food was also amazing. It was our first time there but it won’t be our last. My wife and I highly recommend you try them out.

Edison, your devotion to what you and your partner have put into Pasta D’oro is evident! Thank you for hosting the BEST 70th birthday surprise for my mother. My family and I wish you nothing but the best and most success in your future endeavors!

Our recent visit to Pasta D’Oro at the Jolly Onion was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we walked in, the warm, festive holiday décor instantly set the mood for a cozy, enjoyable evening. Edison greeted us with a genuine smile, making us feel right at home.

We started with the pierogies, a standout appetizer. These pillowy bites were perfectly cooked and topped with bits of fresh, bacon that added just the right touch of indulgence. It was a comforting and flavorful start to the meal.

For the main course, the Sunday Pachietti stole the show. Tender, fall-off-the-bone meat in a rich, savory sauce with pasta—it was expertly prepared.

The dessert, however, was the crowning glory. The flourless chocolate cake was dense yet silky. The Bananas Foster was delicious. The caramelized bananas were heavenly!

The service throughout was friendly and attentive. Tim and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which added to the positive atmosphere. We never felt rushed, and our needs were anticipated with grace. Tim was juggling orders, keeping an eye on the crowd, and still was present with us and each customer.

Pasta D’Oro at the Jolly Onion is a gem that offers not only exceptional food but also a warm and welcoming dining experience. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Excellent food and service provided by Jonny, Edison and Francesca. Our apps were Calamari and Spedini, both excellent. We then split the Black Garlic Shrimp with pasta, terrific blackened shrimp, roasted red pepper and perfectly cooked pasta. Entrees were Chicken D'Orio and Veal Parm. Along with a bottle of wine and Creame Brulee made for a top flight experience.

We were excited for this location as it is much closer to us vs the wurtsboro location. This new location vs wurtsboro is night and day. I received a dirty wine glass which I sent back. I got the pasta in the cheese wheel which was extremely bitter and wasn’t even hot. For dessert we ordered lava cake for starters it was so small and on top of it there was zero lava … It was plain chocolate cake so I’m not sure how you are going to market plain chocolate cake as lava cake with no lava inside. Then we asked for plain ice cream for our children and they brought it out with chocolate sauce … when we told them we asked for plain they took it back to the kitchen and then 5 seconds later came back with the same two ice creams saying they only have one more plain vanilla so can my kids share . Walking out no one even said goodnight or picked up their head just a bad experience all around. This location is definitely a one and done for us. For a $200 bill I expect way more.

Ok I didn't have reservations and sat at the bar area. Not a problem at all had a guy at the piano and it was nice.
We ordered 2 draught beers and our appetizer, calamari. After bringing us our beers he took our main course order.
When tasting my beer I did not like it. The beer was good but it had that taste like the Tap lines were not cleaned. Beer drinkers know that taste. So no I didn't finish my beer.
Our calamari came out not to long after. It was really good. Not greasy or over cooked. Wish I was able to enjoy it. We literally each took one scoop/taste of our appetizer and they handed us our main course. We didn't think it was our order at first. We ended up not eating our calamari and took it to go.
My wife enjoyed her veggie dish, My veal was good a little to salty for my taste but I don't use salt at all so I'm a bit more sensitive. My wife tasted it and loved it.
Ok I'm a little nit picky here. We ordered after dinner drinks. And my glass was "sticky" I took my napkin and wet it to wipe it down.
So this was my first time at pasta D'oro. Food was good, service was good. But the other things just turned me off a bit. I guess I'll eventually give it another shot. But not a place I'll be itching to go to.
Writing this review enjoying my calamari and a good beer.

Called to place an order to go and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Finally got through and they said tbey had to put me on hold to check if they could accommodate me for take out. I didn't want to be forgotten again on hold so didn't bother giving them business. Doesn't seem like this place is ready for a Friday night so be aware.
