There are not enough stars to give this place. 100 stars. I pulled up for the first time, never been there before. The gentleman was just closing up, he poked his head out and asked me if I want it pulled pork cuz that's all he had left, I happily accepted, not knowing what I was getting. Let me tell you people, this is life altering good food. I have never been there before but I will purposely make a trip back every single time he is open. this should be called a bucket...
Pitchfork Barbecue and Biscuits has mouth-watering pulled pork, delicious ribs, unbelievable brisket, freshly made biscuits, and phenomenal banana pudding that will keep you coming back for more. The portions are big and everything is made to perfection. Lauren and John do a wonderful job with their food truck and deserve the highest recognition and praise for providing the best barbecue you’ll ever have! You don’t want to miss this!
