this location doesn't open until 1030, and breakfast ends at 1030. in fact, every panera on 87 north opens at 1030 now. I used to get breakfast here every time I would travel north, now I'm out of luck

The girl who took our order was absolutely rude. The customer service here is terrible. They need to fire the manager and the girl who works at the counter and start over.

The slowest Panera bread I have ever been to, waited over 30 minutes for a couple of soups & sandwiches, when I got my order half of it was missing. The manager was so disgusting and rude that I actually asked for a refund and returned the food.

Came here on a Sunday night and waited nearly 45 minutes for a sandwich and mac and cheese. To be fair, Chic Fil A is not open (dumb), but they also put zero sense of urgency in anything. Not sure how hard it is to scoop frozen mac and cheese into a cup.
We just left Panera on our way up the thruway. I love Panera by me. No one was at the register for 10 minutes. The employee showed up but had his hat down to his nose and we couldn't see his eyes. Not sure if he was physically ill or just had zero energy. Cold coffee which he heated up for us. Stale almond pastry. Good cinnamon bagel. $17 later extremely disappointing. Someone needs to do something and not just assume guaranteed business because of your location.

The female cashier that was taking care of the front totally ignored me, the male cashier came to the front and took my order. Don’t understand what the rudeness was for, the only difference between her and I was race, I’m black and she’s white and so were all the other customers 🤷🏽♀️ Can’t give her name because they were NOT wearing name tags but it’s 7:55 p.m. on Friday 7/18..that’s the shift she’s on!
