There is no drive thru which already makes this an inconvenient Dunkin, as well as it's difficult to get into. But we can walk there so free pass. There's one or two competent staff, most are pleasant. For the most part drinks are consistent. Our big issue is that they NEVER order enough donuts. Even on holidays or weekends. And I was a Dunkin manager for ten years. If you don't get there early you get nothing.

The service seems to be always be super slow here, and maybe they’re just understaffed. But, if you’re going to do a mobile order, I would order at least 5 minutes ahead of what you’d normally do.
I also find that if I get food with my order it’s almost always not on the pickup shelf with my drink, and then the employees seem to avoid eye contact with you while you’re waiting by the counter for the rest of your order lol (which honestly I get, some people can be nasty).
Usually after a while someone will come over and ask what I’m waiting for and at that point I basically have to re-order my food.
There’s definitely better Dunkins in the area, but if you live in PV this is the most convenient location, so it’s kind of a bummer that going here is usually more of a production than it needs to be.
Also, no drive through, unfortunately.

BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD YET AT A DUNKIN DONUTS 🍩 🙃. So this morning I had a 2 hrs drive for work. I was in a great mood until I sat and watched my latte sit before the expresso machine for 15 minutes while the staff giggled about their work place drama. Who's supposed to be working and who's got to cover because they called out. Blah blah blah so after watching the line 🙄 build from nobody to literally 15 people asking if they were out of coffee ☕️ because nobody behind the counter was doing anything else, I finally gave up because ten people who came in placed orders after me and got their stuff before me. I jumped back on line to ask for a refund and was asked if I was back for more 😆 lol. I replied NO I NEVER EVEN GOT WHAT I ORDERED THEN SHE SAID I THOUGHT SOMEONE ELSE FINISHED IT. I SAID NOPE I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEN SHE SHE TRIED TO RUSH AND SCRAMBLE MY DRINK I SAID no and got my refund. I spend too much at dunkin it's time to get a latte machine.

This was prob the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I stood and watched one girl who was clearly new and had no idea what she was doing move at turtle speed. All I had was a bagel w cream cheese and there was only one order in front of mine and I stood there for 15 min while the other 4 workers laughed and talked not once asking the girl if she needed help. Never coming back ruined my morning

This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in about NEVER! literally had an employee kick a piece of ice at my foot, I look down and see waaaaay worse than ice.. garbage everywhere. The employees walking on the trash, no joke it was crazy to see. Good thing I only got a coffee.

Very good Dunkin’ Donuts very clean friendly staff and service. I ordered the strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea and a plan bagel not toasted with butter and hash browns delicious 😀

the WORST dunkin, i come here at least 3x a week due to the connivence, but they can never get my drink order right, never has sourdough and then doesn’t tell customers leaving customers waiting. they’ve gone very downhill in the past year.

People are always nice. Issue I have is they rarely mix/stir your iced coffee that, in my case has got cold foam on top, so I can't mix it. So you get a clump of sugar and creamer in the bottom and not incorporated into the drink. Part of the prep is mix/stir the coffee.

I ordered the simplest drink, it tasted horrible and they gave me rotten cold foam. It was chunky and smelled like sour milk. I had to pull over and spit it out and dump it out. Not to mention it took 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. To say I’m angry is an understatement. What a waste of money and time.
