The previous owners run it much better. The new people are very slow the woman was very hard to understand but they were polite .All the good reviews are from the previous owner will not be going back ever. You are better off going to a real deli for what you pay for this garbage.

Poor attitude, refused requested toppings, decided FOR us what kind of cheese would go on a sandwich and what kind of chips we would have with our meal. Soda machine was not only out of order, but also filthy. Worst location we've ever visited!

I discovered this gem on my way from Pittsfield to Long Island, and it completely blew me away! The sandwiches were delicious—better than any Subway I’ve tried on Long Island.

Nancy, who runs the store, is incredibly cheerful and welcoming. She made great recommendations and even gave me a bag of cookies as I left! My mom loved her Veggie Pattie sandwich, saying it was way better than her usual Long Island experience.

Highly recommend stopping by Nancy’s store for amazing food and even better service!

Ever since changing owners and hiring the new girl there the place has gone downhill not once but thee times in different occasions has she drowned my sandwich in sauce and not to mention I got stale cookies twice there and stale bread. Now I have to drive to lagrange to get a good sandwich. Wish they would hire someone who knows what they’re doing

On one sandwich that had only four items on it, they forgot the lettuce. On the other sandwich, they didn't add the extra cheese--which was the whole shtick for that kind of sandwich. So, I ended up paying more for no reason.

This location is under new ownership. And they've definitely had some challenges taking over the store. Despite the challenges, they've always been prompt and helpful with fixing any issues.
