This subway is the best by far. What do I mean by that? I lived in CT for 5 years and would drive an hour to go to THIS Subway over the one that was 5 mins down the road from my apartment. The owner is the kindest individual you'll ever meet. Him and his wife are friendly, care about their customers and even remember you when you haven't been in in a while.If you have the option to go to a subway make sure its THIS subway. It truly makes the experience that much better

It's a Subway, so you know what you are getting. This ain't gourmet but it's a known quantity that has it's place for broadly appealing fast food, and generally healthier than other fast food choices. What makes this one worth five stars is the staff. Super nice, professional. Clean store. Makes a big difference.

This Subway location is one of the bests, in terms of customer service and how clean and kept up it is. I've made stops here on some occasions, and the food is always ready within a couple of minutes. I've gotten turkey sandwiches to go, and the process is an assembly line with different toppings to put on. You're then asked if you want your bread toasted and also what type of bread. I'm opting to try other items on my future visits. Tables are also provided for anyone's convenience if you want to dine in. Customer service has never been an issue at each visit, and each experience has always been a pleasant one. There are high expectations at this location.

I love the Pleasant Valley Subway! Their food is always fresh and the owners are always there and are very friendly and inviting. They know my kids and me by name and pretty much know what we're going to order before we order it. Great food, really good people.

I've never been treated so nicely at a restaurant in my life. I came in after a long day of work I wasn't sure when they closed so the first thing I said was "if you guys are closing soon let me know I'll grab food somewhere else" they insisted I order so I did. not only were they incredibly kind and the food goof but once I was in my car they shut the lights and closed so they served me with a smile minutes before closing which I greatly appreciate after a long day of work

A chain restaurant is not really something that I tend to review on yelp just because the menu here is the same as the menu in Miami Florida and when it comes to Subway you either love it or hate it I personally really like their menu -but this review is based solely on the staff at this subway and their customer service these folks from the moment you walk in are always smiling always interested in getting your order correct and always engaging in conversation and there's never any of that familiarity you'll see At other chain restaurants you'll never hear the words you good bro or my bed chief uttered here it's always yes sir no sir have a nice day sir and honestly in this day and age That is a refreshing change these employees are salt of the earth actual nice people and you would be doing yourself a favor getting your sandwich there

The owner and his wife are incredible individuals. The first time I visited this Subway location was during the start of COVID. I had called to see if they were open because many restaurants had closed or were closing extremely early. The owner said that they were just about to close but asked what I wanted to order. By the time I got there the sandwiches were done and they had made fresh cookies. Tonight my children were in the mood for heroes so I placed a online order for my family. Shortly after I sent the order in I got a call from a unfamiliar number. When I returned the call it was Subway; the owners wife had called me. She had called to let me know it was a busy day and they were low on footlong bread. I had a big order so she offered me the last footlong and switched the other sandwiches to their flatbread. Again I placed the order late in the evening but she offered to put the oven back on so my children could have fresh warm cookies. My children tried the flatbread for the first time and loved it even though they are normally picky and wanted the Herbs and cheese bread. They also loved that the owners wife gave them extra cookies. This is a wonderful Subway franchise location and the owners are truly amazing. I recommend this location if you are in the mood for Subway.
