Food is AWFUl. If you are Asian or know Asian food, you will be sorely disappointed. We ordered sushi rolls, katsu pork, and dumplings. They tried to give a small portion of katsu for a $26 price tag by making it into a bento box with leftover odds and ends. The meat did not taste like pork. The reviews about rude service are to be believed too...

Not sure how this is a chicken Hibachi meal… Ordered it to go with a side of "hibachi" noodles that cost extra. None of this even tastes remotely close to hibachi. Not the same noodles. Rice is awful. It’s all bad. I’m not sure how they’re passing this off as hibachi. Will not order again.

i will never order from this place again, to begin with i didn’t get everything i ordered and when i finally sat down to eat my hibachi steak after an 11 hour shift i open up my utensils to have a cockroach come crawling out with it. now i didn’t wanna not try the food after so i had myself a couple pieces of steak and just about each piece had either some kind of slime around them or just were very badly freezer burnt, but either way the steak was terrible and i will never order from here again. if i were to give anyone recommendations try eastdales new hibachi place or go to kobe on 9 never here

She assured me I was not. She then proceeded to rush me through the entire meal, literally standing over me as I ate so that I would finish well before their 9 PM closing. I’ve never had such poor service. I was not even ordering special items, I was simply sitting at the sushi bar. I will never go back. Note to ownership, people eat at restaurants to enjoy not only the food, but the entire dining experience, you prevented that from happening. If you say you’re open till nine, does that mean that the entire restaurant is closed, cleaned up, and employees are walking out the door at nine? Figure it out.

This is BY FAR the best sushi place in the Hudson valley! The owners are amazing and so sweet. They have the best service & the freshest fish I’ve tasted in NY. This is a mom and pop excellent choice for Japanese cuisine ... The sushi is very fresh and surprisingly diversified .. super clean restaurant... Relaxed atmosphere and 5 star quality ... Highly recommend
