Travelled the world and this is by far some of the best Ice cream I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. The store feels like a family store and not like a franchise. The staff were super happy and made it a great experience. Making sure to stop here every time I’m in pleasant valley

ice cream was great, vibes were weird…. two guys were behind the counter and when i walked in they both got up and just stared at me silently until i finally ordered. i had never been here before so i was hoping to take my time trying to figure out what i wanted. i didn’t even feel comfortable enough to sit down and enjoy it, i just instantly left when i got my ice cream. i felt really pressured to hurry up and just picked something random and one of them ended up sighing loud enough for me to hear when he had to open a new container of ice cream. i felt like i was just an inconvenience to them to make them do their job? other guy was nice enough when he spoke, but just didn’t like the way they stared when i was trying to figure out what i wanted. it was just weird.
TLDR; go here for the ice cream, not the vibes.

The ice cream is really good . The milkshakes are a good size and delicious . They are really nice there . But the hot fudge sundae is barely a sundae . They had a 4 by 4 little brownie in the bottom of a big cup and filled with ice cream the brownie was hard a tasted like cardboard .

This was the first time in my 64 years that I believe I have had a Banana split... Yummy. The price was great the girl who waited on us was very helpful. And as we were leaving I realized the were actually closing up shop when we arrived and still never rushed us nor made us feel uncomfortable for being the so late. I would so go there again.
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options
Parking: It's a little place with a deli next door. It was later so no problem, but it is a large parking lot there should be no problem parking.
