We drove from fishkill after my mom’s chemo treatment in pok … we haven’t been here in a while because it is a drive but we were in pok and we were in the mood for different. We were very happy with the food everything was great we just weren’t happy with the service, we had to ask multiple times for Splenda, the waitress spilled the milk and I used my napkins, she never gave us extra (she had them in her apron) I had to call her over for some then she was taking the finished...
Was our first time at the Poughkeepsie Galleria location, this afternoon. The food was delicious 😋 and customer service from our server Mike was very professional. We'll be back to try something new on the menu!
First time here..10/12/24.My husband ordered breakfast..omelette and coffee. The coffee comes..and it was awful! I ordered the Gorgonzola burger well done...the food came out quickly. The servers were at each other arguing..I cut the burger in half..not well done..barely medium. I sent it back and didnt order anything else. My husband ate his breakfast. The server did replace the coffee with a fresh one. All in all wont be coming back. We love Pleasant Valley...but Pancake Factory.
