First thing to note before visiting: this is a cash-required experience, which is odd for a restaurant to be doing in this day and age.

Food experience was inconsistent. The blackened red snapper was excellent—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and served on a flavorful bed of arugula. However, the Mahi Mahi was a huge letdown. It was overcooked and dry, with no seasoning, making it nearly inedible. It's hard to believe these two dishes came from the same kitchen.

Came here on lunch date with hubby.
They open 11am so I didn't feel rush for kids pickup time. Delicious food and nice server is a plus. Not to mention the view. I will definitely comeback with my kids~♡

Don’t waste your Money. The food was a big disappointment. I ordered the octopus appetizer, and it was camouflaged with a Tex mex sauce with corn and beans. The mahi dinner was tasteless. It was not fresh fish. You would be better off going to The Clambar next door where they serve fresh fish and the food is tasty and flavorful.

Well the buoy bar was a bust. The hostess was rude right from the start. We waited almost an hour for a table to have a server who couldn’t stop checking her Apple Watch. The scallop special was something my 14yr old could have made better. Everything over priced and sub par quality except the ahi tuna appetizer. When we were done the server didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert just dropped the check and was gone. She was very busy cleaning up to get out of there. The band was fantastic a really great trio. Needless to say we won’t be back for anything edible that requires a server.

Their cocktails are spectacular! We ordered Blue Paradise and Buoy Tea, feel buzzed in 20-30mins. Nice hangout with some foods as well.

But don’t order the fish taco, it’s not fresh. And I only eat one piece of that in the evening I vomited. And my mom she got diarrhea. I don’t know what they put in the food. But it’s bad food.

First time here and I can't wait to go back. We sat outdoors and admired the picturesque surroundings. It was pretty busy for lunchtime on a Thursday. My friend ordered the poke salad and I ordered the tuna tacos, which were very delicious and just the right amount. Service was quick and friendly. I was able to get a parking spot in the small lot and my friend parked in the small lot across the street -- someone sitting outside the lot tells you where to park. All in all, I am very impressed with this restaurant. The prices might be on the high side, but you can order the reasonably priced dishes like we did and be extremely satisfied.

Beautiful Day with my friend celebrating our birthdays ? so glad I suggested this restaurant! I have found the perfect lunch spot. Awesome lobster roll!! No nonsense just large chunks of lobster
Will be back to try dinner soon?

Parking: Lot is Extremely small. No valet. No availability on the streets near by
Waited about 10-15min only in the street for a spot.

We were a party of 6 and the table was ready for us but the manager refused to seat us. We stood for 25 minutes staring at the table and she kept stalling seating us and finally said the kitchen was backed up and we had to wait for two more tables to be fed before we could sit
Meanwhile she sat two tables of 4 and two tables of 2 during our wait.
As for the food, the seared scallops weren't seared at all. The lobster roll and the soups were good.

Wife and I had a quick drink at the bar including a dozen oysters and dozen clams. For the price ($36 each dozen), I was expecting a well chucked oyster. We were served chopped clams w dried oysters. Seems the cook jammed the knife into the clam and just went to town. Half of them had shell pieces, which we spit out, and not 1 had liquor. Not a drop of juice was left in 24 shells. I'd accept this from a volunteer FD fundraiser, not a restaurant. PLEASE show your team how to properly chuck an oyster and clam.

On the flip side, bartender was excellent. She saw that we were struggling and agreed with us.

Worst place in the world the hostess had an attitude that you couldn’t believe. A 1 hr wait became a 3 hr wait And the hostess response was “I’m not the one who decided to wait”. I have been to the best restaurants in the world and have never been spoken in that manner. But maybe after this things will change. However, when I asked for the owner or manager both seemed to not care. We spent $450 to be treated like we spent $1
