The wait time is absolutely absurd. There were about 5 people working behind the counter but yet it seemed like nothing was actually being done. It should not take anymore than 20 minutes at any bagel joint to complete any order with no more than 4 people in the place. Very bad service. Will not return.

I had turkey on a pumpernickel bagel with Avacado. The deli turkey was fine and the bagel was very good. Unfortunately rather than real avacado they use some sort of spread. Overall I really enjoyed the sandwich. They really really really need to work on their processes and service. They are just so slow. With only one person working the register they just can't handle more than a few customers an hour. I guess the decor is fine for a bagel place but somehow it could be spruced up. Overall I recommend the bagals and hopefully when you go there the place is not crowded

We made a refuel stop here while cycling 130 miles today.
Nice venue with ample indoor seating. AC cooling and clean bathroom facility.
Service was quick and easy to place order. My toasted bagel with lox & cream cheese was outstanding ??.
My buddies come here often when cycling through. Glad I joined them today.
It’s a shame I have to write this review but the wait times are absolutely absurd. It’s happened to me three weekends in a row where I’ve had to wait 20 mins plus for a quick order. I have even tried ordering ahead but I still have to wait for someone to notice that I’m standing near the register. There is no dedicated register person. They shouldn’t take phone orders if you still have to basically wait in line before getting helped. Their bagels are some of the best in the county but if you come in after 8am, expect to wait close to 25 minutes for service.

Best Bagels in town. I don’t care to make a 20 minute long line. And I wouldn’t give it a bad review for waiting because it’s worth the wait.
