UPDATE AT THE END;I ordered online ahead of time to have my order ready on time, when I arrived in the store, the worker at the counter was choosing his priorities of personal life over the customers.He left me waiting there while my food was getting soggy more and more by the minute..He was busy catching up with some friends..When I spoke up and asked if my order is ready, the friend backed off to let me through to the counter, but this lovely worker took the opportunity to now call another friend over Video call to show him who just came in to the store.......To the business owner, if you want to have a good name, please make sure to talk to the worker that worked at the counter on March 30th at 11:45 - 11:55 pm.----UPDATE.A few minutes after posting the review, I got a reply from the owner that he will look into this.The next morning I got a call from him that he looked at the CCTV footage and wants to hear more details from me.I gave him the full story and he said that he will talk to the worker.I got a call from him not too long after the initial call, and he clarified what the story was and that the company is taking full responsibility on this.Now, after this I can proudly say, the customers service is 10 out of 5, awesome and amazing to deal with responsible people, a mistake is a mistake.

Do not serve or advertise gluten-free pizza unless all ingredients are certified gluten-free. I ate very little and had to throw most of my pie out. There was flour on my pizza and the pie was not separated from the gluten pizzas. This is the first time I had gluten pizza that was advertised as gluten free. Your restaurant should eliminate the gluten-free offerings all together. We will not return.
Food is great service is great. Prices are as high as anywhere else, that's just the economy we live in. One of the best in Monsey for sure. Highly recommend the power falafel plate!
Gorgeous place, food was good ( mushrooms candified, but french fries perfected as well as slices). Ice cream ( over the top) service girl had an attitude and my son was offended. She ignored him and I had to go up there. Didn't want to be bothered with him having a sample before he bought. For out of town, it was the most expensive food we ever bought. Prices way too high. No sense of management present ( Sunday). Heavy traffic but we got a table instantly. Cleaning of tables and floors also needs management attention, although worker very dedicated - just needs a little training.

The price of the food is very good but the girl who serves the ice cream has a terrible attitude and is very slow, perhaps because they do not understand any english my advice would be to hire people who speak English
