Found Potter’s totally by accident! The food was excellent, hot and served with a friendly smile. I had the best white raspberry cheesecake for dessert; the best I have ever tasted!! My husband had a fresh piece of blueberry pie that was delicious - and this was just dessert. I had balsamic chicken wrap and he had cowboy burger! DEFINITELY A RARE FIND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Their Chicken Wings are amazing. So aren't their daily specials. They are great for large parties. I'd highly recommend this place. I'd also highly recommend signing up for their VIP program. Your birthday gift is your age in wings. Now, that is taking good care of your customers. Enjoy!!

Have tried to be a loyal semi regular customer since they opened. I even bring back their shopping bags to re use or recycle.Other than a few small errors no problem.Until yesterday. The Mac Attack on my menu AND online says it comes with soup or salad. I was charged for the salad ?!! When I went back the next morning and asked the waitress about it she told me because it was a takeout order I would be charged for the salad. NOTHING online or in the menu states this. Very annoyed. So does that mean any take out order will be charged for a salad ? Need to fix the menu and online information asap. It's not so much the $2.49 salad charge but the fact that I should receive what the menu tells me.This will affect my future ordering until it's corrected. Sorry.

First visit, first of all the food is absolutely delicious. I got a corned beef club on sourdough and it was massive. Everything was fresh and so tasty. The staff is super friendly, dining area is casual but very clean. Fast service. I would highly recommend this establishment, ill be going back again, and I'm sure more than once.

So tonight (10/23/24) my fiancé and I decided to go to Potter’s for dinner…well the hostess was great and seated us fast, our waiter took our drink orders quickly…then it went downhill. It took our waiter forever to come take our order, and then took even longer to get our food. Our appetizer were delicious and my fiancé enjoyed his food but my food was NOT good. I ordered the hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and my oh my those potatoes were GROSS. They were extremely lumpy and very hard. My gravy was not as hot as I was expecting as this wasn’t the first time I ordered this. Our waiter was very UNATTENTIVE…he didn’t check on us after we got our order, he didn’t ask if we needed anything and never brought us the check until we asked for it. I would still recommend this restaurant because usually it’s phenomenal but tonight was NOT a good night and it will be awhile before we return.
