Terrible experience at this Burger King. I went up to the counter to order, and while I was waiting, 4–5 people came in after me, went to another counter, and got served immediately. Meanwhile, I was ignored. When I asked about it, I just got a cold “be with you in a moment.” It really felt like I was being treated differently because I’m brown, and if that’s the case, that’s unacceptable. I would say something about the food, but I never even got that far — standing in line became such a waste of time and patience that I ended up leaving. Do not recommend stopping here at all.

I notified an employee I was ready to place my order because I did NOT want to use the kiosk. The employee proceeded to say they didn't have a cashier and to use the kiosk. I've NEVER went to a BK and the service be that horrible. 3 people behind the counter just standing around talking and NO ONE to take my order. Won't be here again. I spent $0.

Best Burger King in New York. 9-9-25 customer service is at an all time high at this BK
Placed order at 8:17 pm. Order was ready at 8:48 pm. Only two people working. Manager Sam B. Was having a meeting with another employee instead of helping. When I approached and asked Sam why there were two people working while her and another worker were meeting she was unaffected and said because it was a Saturday night. I said so you are going to sit here and have a meeting and your staff is being slammed and customers are waiting over 30 minutes for food(ended up closer to 45) She just stayed quiet and did not say nothing and continued her meeting. I am not sure if I feel bad more for the customers or workers who have Sam as their manager. Poor management to say the least and worst scheduling for a holiday weekend on the Thruway

So I went here 11/24/24 and couldn't get burgers due to broiler being down. I thought it was foul play on employees part and even went as far as to say so in the survey on back of receipt. Now I wasn't expecting anything and Michael H. Called me today 12/4/24 and has justified the situation and explained it was not foul play and so on.
I genuinely did not even anticipate anything but Michael went above expectations. My own wife manages a burger king and even for the accommodation Michael put in place she says that was nice of him.

There's not too many times you walk into a Burger King or any other fast food place and it be spotless. That's exactly what you get at this BK, a nice clean sanitized kitchen. The staff here is tremendous. The care and attention to the customers wants and needs speaks volumes. I also saw a man in what appeared to be a "manager" shirt or dress as corporate. It was so apparent that he actually cares about his employees. Me being a cook myself, that's hard to find. I would proud to work for a boss like that. I will absolutely pass by 5 thruway stops just so I can stop here and eat. If there was a sixth star that's what this place would get!

You have to self serve and it's slow
08:30 on a Sunday. It says it's open...and yet it's not ? Most curious. At least put up a sign apologising for being closed because of understaffing or whatever.
