Is 5:40 AM and is closed what kinde of coffee shop is this Dunkin ?

This Dunkin' is not helpful or friendly. First you have to order from a kiosk. Then they tell me that they only have 2 donuts of the 5 that I ordered. I said I want a refund and they through the 2 good donuts out. I feel that there was extremely poor service at this location. Skip this Dunkin' and find another one for your needs.

DucKy “DucKy”

Was given cold food and told that the bacon is supposed to be served at room temperature when I have never received cold bacon before at any other Dunkin' location. Employees don't care

I arrived at the Exxon Mobil station on September 3rd at 2:57 pm and filled up my car, then went into Dunkin Donuts around 3:05-3:30 pm and placed an order. Then to your right there was a woman selling various products and I bought honey from her. Then I came back to you and picked up my order. Unfortunately, I lost my green card. Have you ever found any green cards?

The customer service was surprisingly good for a thru way stop. Three quality of the drinks were better than I've gotten from my hometown stores!

The location was nice, in a rest stop plaza. They were cash only, which is fine. I was ordering with my mom, and we ordered to hot lattes. When we got the drinks, one was iced. No biggie, simple mistake so I told them it was supposed to be hot. Then they argued with me about how that’s not how we ordered it….??? Okay?! Regardless, I’m asking you to remake it (I know it doesn’t take that long, I work at a coffeeshop) but the young girl was just very rude. She like chucked the ice drink into the trash (kind of aggressively). When she gave me the remade hot drink I said “thank you and sorry about that” and she didn’t say anything and turned around and walked away. Like I said, I work at a coffee shop, small business, but still. I get being overwhelmed and having to deal with customers but I would never act that rudely right in front of them. Lattes are good though so there’s that.

Very disappointing experience. One of the staff members threw our order receipt into the trash before making our order, yet they still blamed the system. We had to wait 30 minutes just for half a dozen donuts and two coffees.

I visited the Port Byron Dunkin’ around 6:30 a.m., and the woman behind the counter was incredible. Despite some early morning challenges—like credit card machine and digital menu board being down—she was calm, upbeat, and completely on top of things. She walked me through my options with a smile and made everything feel easy. Her positive (but not fake) attitude and professionalism turned what could’ve been a stressful moment for her into a great start to the day for me. She deserves credit for her amazing service! I believe her name was Aliyah (forgive if her name spelling is wrong)

Closed at 730pm so overnight drivers get the shaft, why you might ask oh because nobody wants to work for terrible pay

Mobile Order completely ignored for 15 minutes. We noticed the slip in the printer and the manager came by and we mentioned it and got yelled at for them being too busy, that we needed to be patient. Head to the next rest stop and avoid Karla.

Update: Karla gave us the wrong item and wrong size and walked away, hid in the back.

Dani helped us at the counter, excellent service and very friendly. She made us both laugh. Extremely efficient crew and probably some of the most dedicated Dunkin’ workers I’ve seen? Lol. The experience was so nice that we wanted this location to get some good rep at corporate.

Went on a Sunday. No line. Fast, friendly service. The hashbrowns were fresh and crispy. Got an iced caramel macchiato and refresher within 5 minutes of placing the order.
