Alba's is one of my family's favorite restaurant's. The food is consistently very good. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambiance and decor is lovely. Since it was a mid week night, the main dining room was quiet and so it was easy to have a conversation. This was the first time for my friends to experience Albas's. They were happy I suggested dining at Alba's.

We recently had a table of 6 for a birthday dinner and everyone agreed that the Food was delicious! My friend wanted cannellini beans in her escarole - no problem! I always ask for a pasta in pesto sauce which is not on the menu but they happily make it. The service is friendly and plentiful. My husband and I love Alba's and eat at the bar every few weeks. It's one of our favorites.

The dining room is fine, not an especially interesting space. Tables are fairly close to each other, which increases the noise. BUT: service is ready and precise, very professional; the menu is large and the food is very good indeed. If you're going out for dinner, you know what dinner at an excellent restaurants costs--no surprises here.

The dinner begins with the friendly greeting from the parking valet. As you walk into beautifully appointed dining room you are greeted as an old friend, even if you are a first timer. You are seen to as soon as you are seated, drink orders taken, and an enthusiastic reading of menu specials is delivered. The Caesar salad is expertly mixed at table side. The lovely branzino is expertly deboned in front of you, and for traditionalists the veal parmigiana is exceptional. Paired with some great wine, the meal was a joy.
Food and service was very good especially considering a busy Mother's Day dinner! All around a positive experience.

We were in the area and had heard about Alba's and decided to try it. A little pricey and everything ala carte. But, definitely worth it. We left nothing on our plates! From the beet salad to the spinach/mushroom stuffed pasta and tiramisu....plates were clean. Service was impeccable. We were very impressed and will go back. Have recommended it to several friends already.
