Their customer service sucks!

Employees are friendly and food gets to your quick. I've noticed on burgers with multiple patties, they only use one slice of cheese, not a big deal, and inget trying to cut expenses, but when you order a double CHEESE burger, you would think you get the 2nd slice of cheese.

I had order 3 whoopers & 3 cheeseburgers with the coupons i had , on top of that they charge me i dont get my 3 cheeseburgers & only received my 3 whoopers and fries , totally unprofessional

I had fastfood maybe 5 times between the age of 15 until I was 40 Years of age. Once my four sons were in their late and early teens I started eating in these establishments again and some were better than I remembered and some were a lot worse, but these days Burger King has the Flavor and just the right style to be better then the rest. Their customer service could improve but the taste is right on.

Food is great, as usual. The service is good, quick, and polite. Cleanliness and hygiene could be better, but it is a Burger King. I don't have very high expectations for how clean it is 😂.

Had a honey mustard wrap, fries and a soda. The wrap was well made and the fries were cooked perfectly. No burnt dried out fries.

If i say i only want a plain whopper with cheese then i want what i ordered like these stupid workers have the audacity to completely dodge and add everything on my damn whopper. Came back to say that there was a onion in my fries not a big deal but I'm still pissed off i wasn’t able to fully enjoy my whopper

I place one star because they did not give me the complete order. And this happens again not only today. Either I am missing something from the order or they give me another option than the one I had chosen in the App.

Choosing the option of 16 Nuggets they give me the option of 8, I don't complain because one is in a hurry to take it, I can't do anything at home.

Terrible staff! Manager has zero control to keep the staff professional. Saturday night ordered whoper. Had to bring it back to the counter twice because it was made wrong. Girl who took my order from the get-go was in lala land, then Everytime she was explaining it to the cook in Spanish it was a yelling competition. And it was still wrong. I was discusseded got my money back because my family was already done eating their food. Then a tall guy walks in around 9:50 yelling loud just for him to walk in the back to start his shift. And his telling continues. So unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Never again at this location. Corporate should step in and clean house starting with manager who cannot keep the staff in line!!!
